Dish made of bulgur, minced onions, and finely ground lean beef with middle eastern spices.

Spinach Pie

Khoresht-E Sabzi

Khoresht-E Bademjan

Special Persian Rice Dishes
Shirin Polo
The jewel of all Persian rice dishes. Glamorous Persian sweet rice with candied citrus peels, sweet carrots, almonds, pistachios, and raisins. Shirin means sweet in Farsi. Because of mild sweetness and the festive look. This dish is called "jeweled rice". Served with boneless chicken kebob.
Zerezhk Polo
Steamed basmati rice cooked with sweet and sour barberries sauteed with saffron rice. Served with boneless chicken kabob.
Loubia Polo
Steamed basmati rice mixed with green beans and cubed lamb cooked in tomato sauce and sauteed onions.
Baghali Polo
Baghali is Farsi for fava beans. When you mix the amazing Persian steamed rice with baghali and shevid dill, it is called baghali polo. Served with boneless chicken kabob.
Adas Polo

I’ve been coming to this restaurant for years and it never disappoints! The owners and every staff member is so professional and warm it feels like family! The food is healthy fresh delicious. I recently brought my dad to visit us from a Peru and I brought him to many different restaurant and cuisines and now back home he writes me saying he misses Mirage restaurant! We plan on keep coming once a week not only for the delicious healthy buffet but also to get this warm service...

My husband and I have always enjoyed coming to the Mirage Restaurant over the years. On weekends, their dinner buffet has many varied choices and everything is incredibly delicious. The staff is very attentive to details and accommodating. All the food is replenished frequently and very appetizing to see the array of choices. With the wide variety, it's difficult to have enough room to try them all! Of course that means we need to return more frequently and will!

My daughter and I go here every Friday because the buffet is open all day and it's delicious. So fresh and tasty. The server is so nice and owners are friendly and pleasant. Truly the food is so good. The tabullah is the best also. I always recommend this place to my friends.
