Food was okay, wasnt bad. But priced right for what it is. But the biggest dissapointment was the thai coffee. I LOVE thai coffee but this didnt taste like thai coffee to me. I cant even figure out what it tastes like. But i dont think its made with sweet condensed milk like usual. It was strong but not coffee strong. I took a few sips and i couldnt even drink it. Feel like i wasted $7 on that part

Not bad veggie sandwich although their avocado bean noodle bowl has probably the worst noodles I’ve ever had. It’s just clear noodles with a nasty taste I could not eat it and it was mainly these noodles.

I usually order a egg, cheese and ham breakfast sandwich and a diet coke. It's usually a perfect for a quick bite to eat in the morning for work. With it's fluffy eggs, buttery flakey croissant, and delicious white cheese sauce. However, today, I was greeted with what I could only describe as the Walmart version of the delicious sandwich I usually get. Upon calling the restaurant, the gal I spoke with bluntly stated that this is how it is always made, and the only difference is the croissants they used. Well, madam, I would like to respectfully tell you, that this monstrosity is not what I usually receive. That this is NOT how it usually is, and that is why I am calling to complain. If it were, as it always is, I would not need to call to complain. I feel like my money was wasted, and I definitely won't be ordering from here again. Not just because of this drastic downgrading of a perfect sandwich, but because of the rudeness of the gal I spoke with. Customers with complaints/concerns should not be met with an attitude as if the complaint is a bother. Do better.

The man there was completely disrespectful and aggressive towards my 61 year old husband just for asking what restaraunt it was and was insinuating racism to me when I confronted him on it.

We have always enjoyed the food from Mity Nice. Today they dropped off our food and when they left, we saw grease foot prints from where the driver's truck was, into our office, and across our carpet. I called the restaurant and spoke to the driver and he said his shoes were clean. I asked if he would like to see our security camera footage, and he responded "People make a mess in my establishment and I have to clean it up". I asked if that is how he apologizes, only to have him say "I'm not apologizing". Not very professional at all. The carpet cleaners just arrived at our expense!
