Moe's Southwest Grill

Didn't think Moes was any good, having been only once in the last 2 years. But last night was the last time I would ever give them a chance. Showed up over an hour before they closed, they didn't have hardly anything available, the beans were undercooked and their fountain machine was already off.

Food was great, lots of options. Passed by for lunch and it was quiet and enjoyable :) Quentin was very friendly and helpful as well. Will be back to try some other options as well.

I just want to send a HUGE thank you to the staff at this location. I have some health conditions that cause me to pass out often. Specially if I am overheated or haven't eaten the combination of the two is a horrible mix. I entered this location on the verge of passing out trying to get food in me as fast as possible and cool down. I let them know as soon as I walked in and they immediately hurried to get me the food and drink so I could sit down and eat before the rest of my group finished ordering they also gave me a bag to put ice in to bring my temperature down. I did end up passing out because I had just pushed myself to far. They continuously checked on us to make sure I was OK and showed genuine concern. I could not truly express my appreciation for these 3. Rose, Tiffany and Daizya. Thank you again. We will be back.

Chipotle but tastes better, is cheaper, and has spicier sauces by a mile. They also have good deals on food on a consistent basis.

We've eaten at most Moe's and it was good but this location sucked sorry. Food not best, soda machine had water backed up in overflow.

Bad experiences on multiple occasions. Closed the sauce bar an hour and a half before closing. Then the moes monday deal is a complete scam. The bowl was only half filled and the side of queso was only half filled. Chipotle is right across the street. Much better experience every time. Too bad because I love moes queso.

Came for moes Monday but didn’t get the discount because the app they promote doesn’t even have it on there. Stale chips and barely full queso which we paid extra for. The steak bowl was barely half full and even took down all salsas by 9pm. Employees couldn’t do anything about the app not having discount but tried. This visit still beats the last one where the women in front of us picked her wedgie then put her hands over the windows lol.

The food was super bland and the person making our bowls had our stuf.
swimming with rice and the tiniest portions of everything else. Food had no taste at all very bland and very disappointed. The first time we've eaten at a Moe's and felt gross after eating there. Not to mention that the tables all looked dirty too.

Just completely mediocre location trying to substitute small portions with stale chips. There was nobody inside for 30min and they were still out of a lot of stuff. Just avoid this location.

food is tasty and fresh, and the staff is great. They offer dine-in, take-out, and pick-up. Willow &Michael make the best burritos I got the home wrecker and ate outside.

I ordered a takeout while working it was a bowl for $12.44 the beans are dried out and the chicken is mixed with beef which i don't eat. But that comes with the territory. This was by far the worst the bowl I ever had everything was dry and thrown together and I tipped for this horrible service. Are there no protocols for making sure what you serve is fresh and hot for your customers. This bowl only had rice chicken and black beans not complicated. Serving old dry food is out of this world. Wow just wow. No worries no return. And I see why so many places are closing there is no work ethic and quality is none existent you all serve anything with a smile. Having dried out items right there for patrons to see and you serve this. Trashy trashy food.

Been ordering from Uber eats and they have only been giving a handful of chips with a huge order and placing the other ordered items inside the chip bag with the chips and sealing it. I personally don't want my items inside a chip bag squashing chips let alone the few we have been getting. The food in the bowls have been very bland and just tasteless. Often ingredients are missing from the orders.

Avoid this place. The competition across the street will do it better.
I've been here a couple times, everytime leaving disappointed. The first time I chalked it up to the hurricane. They had just reopened and like everyone else, they had limited supply.
I went back again, after the supply chain got much better. They're always understaffed. The line moves slower than a turtle. The portions of protein are insanely small. The food is pretty bland unless you dress it up with one of the salsas.
During my last visit, I saw several gig workers trying to pick up food only to be ignored or told they haven't made the food yet. Go anywhere but here if you want Mexican style food.
