Food was good. Good portions.
The sausage was the surprising winner for this visit. Crab was just ok. Crawfish was pretty good with the seasoning.

The food at Mr. and Mrs. Krab is good and flavorful, and that’s the main reason we keep coming back. However, the customer service really needs improvement. The staff is often not attentive, and when you try to call a waiter, they sometimes ignore you or act annoyed. At times, the attitude comes across as unprofessional and even rude.
If the customer service matched the quality of the food, this place would easily be a higher rating. Hopefully, management takes this feedback seriously, because the food deserves better service.

Brionna was great ! We had a late birthday dinner for me with my boyfriend’s mom and her bf and it was perfect . 2 different spices 2 different sides it was nice and easy . Ask for Brionna :)

I was craving seafood while I was visiting Clearwater and decided to visit Mr and Mrs Crab. Rosie was my waitress and she was very knowledgeable, accommodating, patient and the service that she offered was five stars. Look forward to visiting again in September.

Ari was a gem. Very friendly.
Front of House was a ship wreck at seating.
At end of day very informative about fund raising. Jasmine is a super supporter.
