Awesome! This is one of the few kitchens that you actually get your own space! Also, Terri was very thorough in her advising me best practices in their State Certified Commercial kitchen. She is very imformative and knowledgeable! She also explained that the kitchen floor is best cleaned when applying pressure with your foot on the mop so a person wouldn't have to bend down at all!
