Not a good place to shop. Not recommended. I asked for green Kratom but they gave me train wreck instead. I had a reaction and took an extra trip to go back to get the right Kratom and they said no exchanges. First you have to give the right product then talk about exchange policy. They offered nothing and would not help.
In my experience, if a customer is less than 50 cents short on a transaction while trying to patronize your business, perhaps find a way to work with them so they will remember that and return in the future. Tried to ask split payment and wasn't able to do that either. Times are really rough out here our here for some and a small kindness can go a long way making the world a better place. I honestly cannot recall a time a business was not able to make up the difference when I was than 50 cents short.
Was very informative on kava and Kratom I was impressed on the customer service and hospitality from Matthew definitely would recommend!
