I stopped in after a flight. The new owners had a fun welcoming atmosphere. Neighborhood feel. Pool tables are in good shape (bar standards). Friendly staff made sure we had a great time!

I was displaced from my inter-coastal home by the hurricane and moved into my extra condo right behind this place. I locked myself out of both my condo and car and only had my dead phone on me. I had no wallet nor cash and it was sunset soon. I could unlock my car if I could just turn on my phone. Walked to this bar I have never been too and the nicest bartender didn't hesitate to find me a charger. A nice customer offered to buy me a beer even. My crisis was solved in a few minutes and when I came back an hour later to thank her she was gone and only works that one day a week. Anyway shout out to June with the kind heart who turned my day around. I will be back.

Let me tell you something I worked for pub 590 for the last 2 1/2 years. The owners Matt and Stevie J doesn't want to do stuff for the bar. They saying that I was the worst. Let me tell you everyone that they had work for them drank behind the bar. Those two are the fake people I have meet. Stevie J doesn't like to clean and likes to drink when he is working and gets nasty woth his customers. The owner Matt likes to come in and drink and doesn't tip the person that is waiting on him, smoked weed while he's in the bar, even when customers were in the bar. Then on top of that he would never interact with the customers. Don't get me wrong but I liked some of my customers. I went in the on father's day with my oldest daughter and the girls bathroom was so nasty I had to squat I wouldn't even sit on the toilet. So I'm the worst Stevie J but I'm the one that kept that place clean. Have a good life. Youll need to be shut down all the roaches you see crawl on the bar when customers have their drinks on the bar. Good luck.

The staff here are always do friendly and not just for a tip. They are genuinely happy people here evrytine I have visited. Great local hole in the wall. Only issue I have here is the smoke. You will unfortunately go home smelling like smoke and need a shower. No matter if your here 5 min or 5 hours you smell the same when leaving. But if it's cheap beer your after this is your place.

Came in and it was pretty empty. Stayed for a glass anyway. Then peeps started showing up! Chill atmosphere in an old dive bar with jukebox, pool table, and darts! Prefer Stevie-J is great!! Old school hippie vibes!
