What I saw today made me sick to my stomach.
We had just finished eating when our amazing server, G (who we’ve had many times and absolutely love), politely asked the hostess for help cashing out. After cashing out with attitude (we saw the whole thing), the hostess snapped, then stormed over, pointed in G’s face, and started screaming and cursing at her in front of us and the whole restaurant.
It was disgusting. G stayed calm, but the way she was treated was straight up abusive. The hostess didn’t care that customers were watching she just kept yelling, even as G walked into the bar.
G deserves better. We were in shock. Honestly, the only reason this place is getting any stars is because G handled it with more grace than most people ever could.
That woman is not a good example of a business. She’s the reason people quit good jobs and why customers like us won’t be back.

As soon as me and my family entered the place if felt very welcoming but, as we sat down and we were served plates they plates were very dirty and hardly clean. The prices were a bit high but, that wasn’t a issue. The issue was there were flies flying around in the restaurant landing on food around the display areas.
Would strongly not recomended I prefer Saki

Every time save twice we've been here, our server has basically forgotten we've existed. This was mostly saved by food quality and price of the visit overall. Our most recent visit, we were informed prices raised and just because one (1) of the 5 people in our party wanted BBQ and not hotpot, we'd all be charged the new, raised price for both hot pot and BBQ. Naturally, that one person opted for hot pot so as not to force the group of us to pay 5 extra dollars for something we weren't going to use. Fine, probably won't come back, right? But going to enjoy this last trip at least, which was a birthday dinner. Our server proceeded to come by every time the table behind us (with a different server) got service, then disappeared once they and their server left (they were there before us). We finished up eating, kept talking, decided we needed the check, waited about 20 more minutes, then walked up to the front desk to pay. We didn't see our server on the way there and he was only called when front desk was confused about how to charge us (if we were lesser people, could we have just dined and dashed??).
TLDR: you can drive to st.pete or tampa and find a higher quality hot pot to give your business to.

Standard Korean Hot Pot and BBQ style restraint. Great price for all you can eat and cook. Average quality ingredients. Plenty of options to try for endless combination of flavors.
Eeyroe loves the lamb steaks, salmon, spicy hot chicken, and beef selections along with the fresh veggies. Ears up for those sugary ice cream cup treats!
Server Chris was great and will make good suggestions to guide you through your experience.
Also. Open late. Love that for a late night crave!

We went to try it, I had heard many things and it was very exciting, you cook your own food in a pot of hot broth, I got the Thai broth which was spicy and amazing, and then a conveyor belt brings all sorts of things to cook in your broth and you order meat and seafood to cook on the grill at your table. So it was really interesting. A lot of fun. Of fun! The food was delicious. Because we cooked it ourselves, it was very busy and there was a little bit of a wait but it was worth it. Definitely going to go again! And it's a great place to take visitors from out of town, or just yourself.

This is our new favorite hot pot & Korean bbq restaurant! Excellent selection of meat & seafood, everything was very fresh. Excellent selection of noodles, veggies, etc to choose from on the conveyor. It was super convenient to be able to order through our server and choose dishes from the conveyor versus dodging the crowds at the buffet lines like other hot pot restaurants. Each hot pot place runs a little differently so our server was wonderful in taking the time to explain how everything works here. He made sure we had everything we needed/wanted throughout our meal. We had a great time, enjoyed our food and overall experience and will definitely be back. I can’t wait to bring more friends and family.

My server was Darryl, and he was fantastic. It was my birthday and he made sure I got everything I asked for. He was incredibly personable, hilarious, and attentive to our table. He deserves the BEST raise ever! I’ve been to nine spices several times before but he made this experience the best one yet!! Thank you!!!
