My friend and I are visiting clearwater for a few days and were looking for a higher end place to dress nicely and grab dinner and instantly Ocean Hai grabbed our attention due to scenery from all the seating options. The restaurants look just like how it shows in the pictures and all the food options are so carefully crafted by the chef and depending on the season. Honestly was so enjoyable every bite due to the creativity that was put into it. The chef even greeted us and talked to us for a bit about the effort put in the food and the crafting. Will definitely come here with more people next time. Amazing atmosphere, staff, and food!

The service was great the waiter was very nice, but after waiting for 1 hour and 20 minutes we left and our food still was not ready to be served. So very nice people but the kitchen was not on the ball tonight.

We were made to wait over 10 minutes for a table, though there was one clearly available and we had a reservation. We also had a very long wait for our sushi, though the restaurant did not appear overly busy. Our waiter was absent from our table for long gaps of time. The miso soup tasted like beef consommé and the eel nigiri was served ice cold and without eel sauce ($14 for two tiny pieces); the waiter did take these items off the bill. but he argued that this is the way they always serve their eel, which is unacceptable. We did have two rolls that were really tasty, but the long waits for our food and waiter combined with the subpar items will prevent me from returning.

This was our second time eating here. And let me just tell you both times have been absolutely phenomenal. Every meal we tried and had was one of the best versions of that meal we have seen in a long time we highly recommend people going and trying this place out!

We set outside where it was much quieter. Enjoyed the Umi to Land, Ame Hai and others. The Dubai chocolate cake and Tres Leches were Amazing! The cheesecake was vert tart - would not order it again. Great service and ambiance!

We love this place and come here every time we visit Clearwater. Bryce was our waiter and he is awesome‼️ We will be back... maybe again this week before we head back to Texas 🥂

The service was excellent. I do not recommend eating outdoors , if it is difficult for you to deal with heat and humidity. Their ceiling fans weren't working. For vegetarian people they have choices. Unfortunately my order, miso soup and fried rice vegetables were salty. My husband salmon was too crispy, overcooked.

There is sunshade screen on patio which protects you from the sun especially when sun is low, however there is no ventilation or air circulation so it was like sitting in the oven. Additionally, nobody bothered to lift sunshade screen after sunset so we couldn't enjoy beautiful ocean breeze.

Cute restaurant with ocean view drinks were great food was kind of meh. Sushi didn't taste super fresh, restaurant was pretty empty. They had no close bathroom that was unlocked I had to walk far. The desert tasted stale. Beautiful hotel, but would not eat here again.

Great evening with outstanding service. We were celebrating a birthday and it was celebrated in such a unique way. Food was delicious and the view to watch the sunset was perfect.

Jason (manager) and the wait staff were fabulous. Food was fresh, flavorful and delicious. This was our 3rd visit and we have been delighted each time. Very pretty restaurant and the sunset view is a perfect bonus.

John, our server, was OUTSTANDING! The food was fresh and tasty and the presentation was lovely. We ended up changing tables to catch the sunset and the whole team was very accommodating. Fabulous!
