Don't know who could possibly give this food a good rating. There must be a reason why our table of 2 was the only other one occupied for lunch yesterday. All I want to say is we expected something wonderful and got something pretty ordinary to awful. I don't think they deserve a detailed critique on the cooking / food preparation/ quality as I am not here to teach them anything. They claim to have an expert chef. Maybe it was his day off ................

Very fine Asian fusion. Great wine list but not overly long (a plus for me). The grouper was cooked to perfection. Had my eye on the sushi as well. It was tempting but wanted to focus on an entree. The ambiance and service was excellent.

A splurge, but the only thing we found of great quality and flavor was the wagyu beef and yuca frites appetizer. Really delicious. The rest was not anything we would order again.
When we asked for a refill of the edamame it would have been kind of the server to warn us that we would get charged for it. Just sayin'

We had a wonderful time at Ovean Hai. Our server Kalby was so sweet and accommodating. The food was excellent and a bit unique with how they served the different dishes. We truly enjoyed our time.

Everything on the menu is a 10/10. Can’t go wrong! Our server was Bryce. He was an absolute star. Will def go back next time I’m in Clearwater. Highly recommend this restaurant for large groups. They have a party room with a low minimum spend and a phenomenal kids menu:)

Raul’s service was 5 star! My husband and I were on a romantic weekend and he was exceptional in his recommendations and how wonderful he was at anticipating our needs yet giving us plenty of time to make decisions without a rush…couldn’t recommend anyone more and the food was amazing!!!
Alex is AWESOME!! He went above and beyond and took great care of us. Our experience was phenomenal, food was amazing, breathtaking views. Great presentation.

This place was an absolute disaster. Took my 9 month pregnant wife here for dinner. We were seated at 8:20 and orderd food at 8:35. We waited over one hour and received no food, while tables around us who were seated much later already had their entrees. The waiters excuse was that our food times vary mind you all we ordered was one sushi roll and a order of their lo mein. We said we were leaving and the waitress told us that we would only be able to eat fast food so we waited another 15 minutes while a table behind us got their food so we left. Do not go here this place has horrible service! Can’t speak on the food as we never actually got to try anything other then a glass of water. Avoid this horrible service restaurant!

The Ramen noodles were lukewarm. The waiter did not clear glasses at all during the meal, he did not bring silverware and the restaurant was empty. We were forced to wait for everything. The service was terrible. I don't think we will be eating here again, especially given the four star rating that it received.
