Got rigatoni with meat sauce. I asked for extra sauce like I always do. I was bought extra sauce. When I got bill was charged $5.00 for the unlimited bread sticks dipping sauce?
I asked server he said they have to charge for extra sauce. I said always get never charged?
I was charged for dipping sauce that I didn’t get or order.
He was dishonest and brought out w/o advising I would be billed. And It was unlimited dipping sauce I only got one?
The Clearwater location IS BAD I will never go back to that location. Horrible people.BEWARE

I had an amazing experience at Olive Garden, thanks to our incredible server, Jordan! From the moment we sat down, Jordan was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The unlimited breadsticks and salad were fresh and delicious, and our drinks were always refilled without having to ask. I ordered the Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara, and it was absolutely perfect—creamy, flavorful, and cooked just right. Jordan went above and beyond and we enjoyed our time there. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, making it a great place to relax and enjoy good food. Big thanks to Jordan for making our night extra special—I’ll definitely be back!

HUGE shout out to Shae! My Corporation had a catered event and Shae took a last minute order. Shae helped me place an order for 50+ people at 5:02 PM and by 5:40 PM I was packing my trunk and serving at 6:00 PM.

Service was fast! Her attitude was amazing! I can’t think her enough for remaining professional and happy during my moment of panic. Thank you to the rest of the staff for making my order at the last minute 🙏.

Rickki was an excellent server! She was very polite, courteous, friendly, and represents Olive Garden in an excellent fashion. My tea never went empty. I will definitely be back to this location in hopes that I get her again. She is definitely an asset to Olive Garden!

Totally sensational like it always is , we had a wonderful waiter Allison. She took care of our every need and we even had a manager named Allison come and check up on us super nice great place been coming here for years! I love to enjoy the tour of Italy.
