I ordered on the app and had to wait 25 minutes for my soup (I ONLY ordered a soup) while people who ordered at the registers got their big orders within minutes. When I asked the staff about this they finally grabbed it from the back and then proceeded to ignore me. I kept trying to talk to someone about getting a new soup since it was cold (it took them a few minutes to actually MAKE the soup) but they WOULDN'T EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE ME. Then when I finally got someone to even LOOK AT ME (mind you I'm literally speaking to these people, they're just pretending I'm not there... it was idiotic) it just happened to be a manager and their answer was, "But you got your order, right?" three times... I said yes clearly the first time so this was again very strange behavior, especially for a manager... as if I should just ignore the 20 people who got their orders before me after ordering later than me plus the rude disrespect of her employees and cold food. This was such a disgusting experience. No offer for a refund or new food. I just walked out. Absolutely appalling.The soup wasn't even filled in the cup so it only went about HALF WAY in my bread bowl. The fact that so many things are messed up in this scenario shows this is a problem with management and/or training. After working in the food industry for many years and managing for a large portion, this is not an employee issue.

Ordered coffee for $3.09. Got asked for my name. Then handed a cardboard cup and poured my own lukewarm coffee. What am i missing.

Ordered quick pickup. Person behind counter looked at my order, called another name then placed on shelf. It looked like my order so I also read the label. It was mine, not Charles. First time at this location. So I won't hate the guy for trying.

I was surprised to find that not only do they not put the cream cheese on the bagel when you order a bagel with cream cheese, but they do not even give you a knife to spread the tub of cream cheese you find in the bag with the bagel after you leave. The staff behind the counter seemed to not care at all. Lastly, can someone tell cashiers that when a customer leaves a tip to at least say thank you.

I ordered the Tomato Soup & half grilled cheese sandwich for delivery. I also ordered a cinnamon roll thinking my husband and I could share it tomorrow. 1st - the tomato soup was a mess. 2nd - they forgot the French Baggett even though it was marked off as being placed in the bag. 3rd - the grilled cheese was half burned. 4th - their "new' cinnamon rolls are flat pcs of garbage and look nothing like the picture online and the taste was subpar. I could have gotten a more appetizing roll from a vending machine. Note the first cinnamon roll is what is shown on the Panera website. The 2nd is what was delivered to me.

I had the displeasure of meeting “Kara” the “manager.” Let’s just say I will not be returning… she treats those kids horribly and doesn’t care that the customers can hear her. Very disappointing, I expected this from Walmart…. Taco Bell but not Panera!

Called in an order. Got there went to the back of store where I have picked up before. Was asked what I had ordered. Said it would be a few minutes. After standing there for 10 minutes, I asked again where I was told to look up front. It had been there the whole time. Was unaware they had a spot up front for to go orders. Again, staff seemed uninformed, dazed and confused.

quiet space inside for those who want to use one of the many outlets for computer work, or studying. workers are kind and efficient. food is delicious, and usually right. i will say i ordered pick up through the app a few months ago and the sandwich was nearly bare. i ordered the pick two chipotle chicken avocado melt & broccoli cheddar soup before i went to work and when i went to eat it, there was literally nothing on the sandwich but chicken… i was so upset and disappointed considering that was my lunch for the afternoon. i didn’t have time to go back to the store, so i sent a support ticket through the app & customer service and i never heard a response back from panera, nor a refund of any kind. super disappointing experience.
