Ever since Panera changed the way they are making their bagels, the Asiago bagels are either flat or rise too much and hollow inside. I did complain to corporate with photos of my 13 bagels that I used for a luncheon I was having and they did give me a full refund. However two weeks later, I was back and didn’t buy the Asiago bagels (my past favorite) because they looked the same way. I decided to get Sasame bagels instead and found them to be not as good as before. I love Panera but I’m considering trying Einstein Bagels As my new bagel place. Very disappointed in Panera. I think they are shipping frozen bagels that are half baked to the store and this is compromising the taste and look of their baked goods. Please Panera go back to the way you were doing things before.

This location absolutely struggles with having employees at the register. They are more concerned with straightening up the breads and pastries and they will look up, see the line getting to the door and simply ignore. Absolutely frustrating to see that their own conversations or whatever is happening in the back of the house is more important than taking care of the customers that are present and ready to order. I highly recommend you invest in a kiosk so that at least your customers have another option to stay. I left after 15 minutes. Not planning to come back. Get it together Panera. And get some CO2 that you seem to be always out of.

I love Panera, but today I ordered a Mediterranean salad with grains and there was no grains in it. I approached the lady at the counter and says; oh Sorry we dont have grains. We run out... we stared at each other eyes in silence. No customer service whatsoever and I was not going to fight for some grains...

I will never feel comfortable going someplace to eat with random cowboys walking around with guns. Yes Florida law allows it, but you can also put a No Weapons sign on the door. Not coming back.

Ordered chicken noodle soup via Uber Eats. The soup panera provided was nothing but broth, maybe 2 noodles and a carrot. It's like they ran out of soup and just poured what was left into a cup!

I usually don’t go to Panera, and after today’s experience, I’m reminded why. I placed an order online for myself and my boyfriend and we went together to pick it up. I sent him inside to grab the food, but since he didn’t know exactly what I ordered for myself, he just picked up the order with my name on it and came back to the car. When I checked the bag, I realized my smoothie was missing, so we went back inside to let the staff know.
Instead of simply checking or helping us resolve it, they immediately assumed we were lying or accusing them of not making the drink. We even offered for them to check our car or review the cameras to confirm, but they were not willing to because they knew they would be proven wrong. Eventually, they said they would make the smoothie “as an exception,” even though it was clearly part of my original order. The whole situation was handled very poorly and made something so simple unnecessarily frustrating.

Gotta love this Panera. Great quick service and I am sipping at the Sips Club with a free cold or hot beverage every 2 hours. Today I tried the Mexican corn soup with a hint of kickin spice and thick like chowder. I love the other half of my you pick 2 strawberry pecan chicken salad and poppyseed dressing which I chose on the side. Speaking of sides, you get a side of a baguette and need to request the apple or chips Accessible entry and exit with free van accessible parking in lot shared with other venues Accessible men and women restrooms with dedicated stall with 2 grab bars and 5ftx 5 ft space Accessible tables in indoor and out door seating
