Ever since Panera changed the way they are making their bagels, the Asiago bagels are either flat or rise too much and hollow inside. I did complain to corporate with photos of my 13 bagels that I used for a luncheon I was having and they did give me a full refund. However two weeks later, I was back and didn’t buy the Asiago bagels (my past favorite) because they looked the same way. I decided to get Sasame bagels instead and found them to be not as good as before. I love Panera...
