The tea station is great because I can select my own bag and it is freshly steeped at my own level. Creamers are half n half, 2% milk and almond milk. They offer 5 sweeteners and honey individually packaged. Do not overlook the great selection of bagels and cream cheeses, cookies, and pastries. I am in free rewards and usually get a deal on a bagel or pastry. They have a Pepsi ® fountain drink station and 3 brewed teas in self serve containers. Specialty teas are available to order. This store offers a drive thru that is easy to negotiate. Outdoor accessible seating with umbrellas. Indoor seating offers a variety of options from accessible tables and chairs, and comfy booths. Accessible womens and mens restrooms with dedicated stall and 2 grab bars and a 4 ft. X 5ft space KIds menu with mac and cheese and more, diaper changer, high chairs. Soft background music. Drive thru is accessible with readable menu Indoor menu is readable with minimal glare, posted on wall behind accessible order counter. Accessible kiosk for self-ordering. My only desire is that the autumn squash soup be on the menu all year long, not just in fall!

I’m happy this is my home Panera location. While I usually order the same thing quite regularly (broccoli cheddar soup and fuji apple chicken salad), the taste and portion sizes are always good. I love this location mainly because of their friendly staff and cleanliness. A gentleman named Diego always does a wonderful job greeting me and providing excellent customer service. His friendly and welcoming nature is great after a long days work, when a soda and hot meal is needed.

The ordering was seamless but their adherence to safety standards is sorely lacking. The young lady handling my food was wiping down counters with a rag and then sweeping her hairline with gloves on. Not once did she take off the gloves and put on new ones to handle the customers food. I was disgusted and appalled. Gross 🤢

I ordered the tuna sandwich on your lovely sourdough bread. It was a mess. Very soupy made a mess everywhere my hands my pants my plate. It was the most unsatisfying tuna sandwich I have ever had! I ate around the edges of the crust and left the middle. The soup was good. I had the Autumn squash soup.

Panera has now changed all their bakery options from the things they have carried for years. Careful what you order because you’re getting 7-11 food like honeybuns wrapped up with a 10$ price tag. Panera just trying to cut corners and make their food even worse than it was to save money.

I ordered 2 pick with a drink. I ask for Danish with the meal and the new person said no discount on the danish. I've been coming here for years and knew she was wrong. She checked with the manager and she said noDanish. To be fair the gal taking the order is new. While picking up the order ask to speak with the manager and she said I ask for a free Danish. I explained that's not what happened and she repeated that accusation. No problem don't need it , and she said good? WTH? I don't need anything for free so hence this post. Poor judgment on this manager.
