$35 for 2 half sandwiches/ soup and a small side of processed Mac & Cheese is Ludacris, although it was delicious. However, no cheese on french onion is sacrilegious š¤¦š¾āāļø

I got a garden caprese and took off the tomatoes making it only arugula and cheese. They literally had 3 pieces of arugula on my sandwich. I was eating bread and cheese. Ended up throwing it out.

I'm a delivery driver with over 1000 deliveries and a 4.8 rating. Came in to pick up 2 orders. Was greeted by a pleasant young lady. Explained what I was there for. She let me know they went quite ready yet. I said fine I'm going to use the restroom. I came back and there where 3 bags sitting where I had spoken with the girl. I went to turn 1 bag to see if they were the orders I was waiting on and was immediately hollared at by a worker who was on the register helping someone else to not touch the bags she would be right with me. Her tone and facial expressions gave everything away. I said oh sorry was just checking to see if they were the ones im waiting on. She proceeds to tell me to leave they aren't serving me. I said just clamp down there isnt any reason to act this way. She then had someone take over her register. Comes over gets within a foot of my face and tells me to get out of her face and her store or she's calling the police. She refused to give me the orders and started telling the staff to not serve me. I asked for the manager and she says I am the manager. If that is true she definitely needs some retraining. As someone who has worked in hospitality for 33years I can say she is one of the worst foh employees I've come across. When I asked another employee for a manager I could tell she felt bad but her response was unfortunately she is the manager. Do better girl! Your staff and guest deserve better!

Just leaving restaurant. I placed an order that included cookies and the cashier handed me the cookies. Afterwards, the cashier moved a trash can with her bare hands. She then went back to her duty station to assist the next customer. I told the manager on duty. She offered to do something about my troubles, but I declined. She said ok and left. Just a heads up, proper hand hygiene isnāt being used at this place.

This is Panera with a drive through. Same great standard menu.
Today we grabbed a coffee which is cool because I can mix my own from a few varieties and I go half decaf with mixing in a dark roast with a hazelnut twist. The tea station offers 3 blends. I chose almond milk over 2% or half n half. Of course I choose a cinnamon roll covered in do much glaze that it looked like the cinnamon roll was incognito. The flavor was great !
They have 3 brewed teas in self serve containers and PepsiĀ® fountain drinks and iced coffee and hot coffees that are eligible for Sips Club. Monthly membership for free beverages every 2 hours.
Rewards club gives me a special offer every time either a $1 pastry or bagel or BOGO meal special

I learned that they offer soups after late morning and do the self order kiodk wasn't broken.

Good food, good service, quick and accurate. Got the pick 2 because giving away a treat with it so figured I'd give it a whirl. I usually do not go to panera due to the quantity given. Got dip sandwich and blt salad. Even came with a free apple and picked kitchen sink cookie for desset. Super delicious, but loses one star due to quantity of meat. Very tiny amount of bacon on salad and steak on dip.

I want to give huge THANK YOU to JESSICA! I came in to purchase a gift card for a coworkers birthday today & the birthday one available wasn't working (to add the funds into). She went out of her way to get other birthday themed ones to try, which unfortunately didnāt work either. BUT, in the end we found a āsunshineā gift card which I found appropriate because she was so polite and extremely helpful. I donāt go out of my way to eat at Panera, but I will return to this location due to her wonderful hospitality! Thanks again Jessica!

Ordered online for rapid pickup. Showed up in time for pickup and order was not showing at the store. Asked if they could check on it as we were in a time crunch. Snaggletoothed manager came out and said they had a problem with the system. We said could you just credit us as we donāt have time to wait. Manager proceeded to ask if the order had posted. I said I have a receipt. With an horrible attitude said thatās not what I asked. I said how would I know if it posted, I know that Iāve been charged. So manager said that I can call tomorrow and get a refund. We said ok. Then she yelled at us as we left. Horrible customer service and tried to make it our fault that storeās system was broken. Manager should be fired immediately. Also wonāt be hard to find with that mug.

I had a terrible experience at this Panera Bread this morning around 8 a.m. I was simply trying to place a bagel order for my work meeting, and the lady who answered the phone was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I asked about ordering bagels, she told me they didnāt have enough and that she could ājust sell me whatever was left on the shelf.ā The way she said it was extremely nasty and dismissive.
To make matters worse, she hung up on me not once but twice. When I tried calling back several more times, the phone just rang. I could tell she saw my number on caller ID and purposely chose not to answer. That is not how you treat customers.
If I were the manager of this location, I would not allow an employee like this to represent my business. Her behavior was completely unacceptable and made me never want to come back. I would appreciate if someone from management reached out to me directly to discuss this situation because the service I received today was beyond unprofessional.
Nobody who works here smiles.
