Ordered delivery, driver delivered to wrong place or lied about delivering and manager kept telling me it was on its way. After 4 phone calls and 2 hours they finally asked the driver. He said he delivered and gave wrong description. Manager finally offered to remake but it would be another hour and didn’t offer to push it to the front of the line. I cancelled order and asked for the GM to call me.

I went in person to order a large pizza, 1 topping, $9.99. Could not get that price in person. I'm 81 and I do not order on line. Very unhappy with that. I left without a pizza. I will buy elsewhere!

I stopped in around 4pm yesterday and ordered the Garlic Parmesan Wings. I must admit, since I'm low carb for years, I had Wings at many of the local restaurants. These wings were terrific, cooked just to order and w/in the time I was given. The crew working there was very friendly and accommodating. They were just getting started for the Friday night rush. They will be on my top 10 goto places for wings.
Dietary restrictions: Wings as a low carb option 😋

I ordered last night & The guy came with no change the order said $29.04 I had a $50.00 bill. Asked him for change he told me we don't carry change. So now I had to give all that money for literally no reason. J want to know how do I get my change back from you guys at this point.

I recently visited this Papa John’s and ordered a large extra cheese pizza. After paying for my order, I was told it would be ready shortly. I returned about 10 minutes later, only to be informed by another employee that I’d need to wait an additional five minutes. When I returned again, I was told that a large order prior to mine caused my order to be forgotten, despite the fact that I’d already paid. Frustrated, I asked for a refund and left, still hungry and extremely disappointed with the service. This experience was a huge letdown.

worst experience ever during hurricane. ordered a small pizza and 2 pasta with chicken. when I got was like 2 soup bowls with mushrooms and other stuff. I'm allergic to mushrooms. when I called I ask for the manager. he said his name was Ben. went downhill from there. was rude and unhelpful when I told him my issue. basically ally said your loss and deal with corporate. he wouldn't even give me the number. I been in the service business all my life and know how to treat people. they. anyone can make mistakes but you have to train employees better. God forbid someone dies because of a allergic reaction. big lawsuit and than they will get the picture. wasn't about the half hundred I threw away. was about the response and how fast manager hanged up. Terrible experience.
I haven't ordered in a while, anyway received a raw dough barley cooked pizza that I now have to re heat in my oven. Will be contacting management in the am for sure. Truly let down

This place is hit or miss. Since they are franchised company, when there is an issue, you submit a complaint, but you don’t get anything from Papa John’s as in the company itself. And if you share your discrepancies with the actual store, they put a “free pizza” under your name, but the times I’ve tried to redeem it, it’s never there. I don’t recommend the boneless wings, as you can see via the pics (what I received vs. what they advertise).

I ordered an extra large pizza and the 2 slices fit on a small plate and they have kids making pizza and there just not right anymore I will not ever eat at papa anymore and it used to be my favorite but because they have these kids making pizza they don’t care about how or what they give you, not good thumbs down and im telling everybody that I know about this place.
