I genuinely love pizza, and during my time in Clearwater, I decided to indulge at Papa John’s. 🍕 When my order arrived, it was hot, fresh, and flavorful, filled with plenty of toppings and just the right amount of cheese. The delivery was prompt, and the packaging was thoughtful, keeping everything warm and intact. Overall, it was a wonderfully comforting experience and one of the best pizza moments I’ve had on this trip. It truly made my day.

ordered two pizzas during a saturday rush, one was ready when i arrived, the other hadnt been in the oven yet. The manager comped my meal without even having to ask, and their staff even took it outside to my car after i got frustrated, excellent service from these folk.

They're usually pretty good about delivery. This delivery I spent an 1:20h waiting on my food, so I decided to call. I called and they told me the pizza has been delivered. I checked it was just sitting there outside. I never got a knock on the door or a ring on the doorbell, much less a call if they weren't able to contact me. Please do better.

If I could give this place a ZERO then I would!!!! The Only reason I gave the food a 3 was bec I watched them make it CORRECTLY!! My husband and I were traveling by on 7/12 around 1ish am & decided to order. We were sitting in our truck & I watched an employee (white male/dark hair) running his hands through his hair AND THEN scratching his armpits! He had the nerve to grab pizza dough 😒 w/ no gloves nor did he wash his hands! So I politely walked in a VOICED my concern w/ management and made sure our pizza was made correctly and was done w/ the upmost cleanliness!! I WILL be reaching out to cooperate bec this is down right unacceptable and a health Hazzard!!! The State board will always be made aware of these issues ✨️

Menu was moving so fast you can't read it, then when you ask the kid in front who was obviously being bothered by me, if they have a paper menu. The answer was Nah. Also these kids there I wouldn't want touching my food anyway. To busy vaping to give a shit. HARD PASS NEVER COMING BACK

The service is horrible. I made an order for delivery and they told me it would be delivered in 45 minutes. After waiting for an hour, I called them and told them I never got my order. The guy said they do not deliver to my address. I asked “why didn’t they tell me that when I first made the order?” He said “I don’t know.” And he told me he can’t do anything about it. This apparently was the manager. They took no accountability. There are no other places currently open so they wasted my time and I will never be doing business with them.

Went to Papa John's on Missouri a black guy that worked there and talked a little slow made my pizza then took a pepperoni off the pizza when he cut it and then ate it while I sat in my car and looked through the big glass window that they have that allows you to watch them make your food

I don’t know how this store stays in business. Every time I come to the store I get this feeling the employees don’t want me there they don’t appreciate my business and they don’t appreciate their jobs.Papa John’s is my favorite pizza place but whenever I come to this store it makes me not wanna order Papa John’s anymore. I don’t think I’ve ever felt uncomfortable going to a pizza store before until I’ve gone to this location more than once but I will not be coming back.
