Malissa is the manager here and she should be fired. I ask them to remake my pizza that I paid $20 and I literally had to argue with her until my blood pressure went up. I spend alot of money with this place and this is by far my worst experience. They even ganged up on me as I tried to negotiate a new pizza. The pizza was made 15 minutes earlier and I don’t know how long it was sitting . The guy pulled it from the bottom of the stack. This was a ridiculous experience and I don’t know if I will ever buy from here again! I asked when the store manager comes in and she said she was it lol so a review is the next step! I had to tell her the pizza was ugly just to get her to remake it. $20 I spends for 1 pizza. I make 15 bucks a hour. That’s a hour of labor that I spent for unsatisfactory. But this is the world of customer service. Every single thing in this post is true, review the camera footage! I see so many reviews about them arguing with customers. They gone argue with the wrong 1

I was a little scared to order from this restaurant seeing all of the one star horrible reviews, but I didn't experience any negative things. I ordered online, and I was notified within 15 minutes that it was ready. Then I went and picked it up, and the young man at the counter looked clean, was pleasant and attentive. the pizza tasted good and was correct. I also do not work for this franchise. I just thought someone else might like to know that I had a positive experience, and it seems like when all goes well, there's not a review for that unless it was solicited. Have a great day!

I order a xl pepperoni pizza I received a xl chesse pizza .I was told they would give me a credit. When I called for my credit the Manger wouldn't honor it because it wasn't in the system. I spoke with the owner Tim he gave me a long lecture about how it wasn't their fault.then said he would honor it.i told him no thank you I would take my business elsewhere

Years ago we would order papas for the kids. The last time I ordered there were metal flakes in the cheese. I contacted the store. They put my name in a book for a replacement... that was 2019. I never used the replacement and obviously did not even mention it when ordering this time. It's been several years and I don't expect them to keep it that long. Fast forward to today. I saw an advertisement for the new garlic butter pizza. It looked delicious! We ordered one large garlic butter pizza with pepperoni, bacon, mushrooms & olives. One order of cheese sticks, several different dipping cups. The cheese sticks were cut like a small pizza... very odd. It was also pretty dry. We used to love these but something was definitely different. The pizza was gross! It was so dry & tasteless. The cheese in the ad appeared seasoned. This pizza was basically a cheese stuffed crust with no seasoning. The garlic butter crust was dry & tasteless. We also picked this order up. I noticed a $5.25 delivery fee & decided we would just grab it ourselves since it said "does not go to driver" I'd have no issue paying that if it went to the driver. On arrival the store was not even busy but looked very dirty & unorganized. The only thing that was good from our order was the dipping sauce. The spicy garlic was great! I just wish the pizza was at least edible. Idk if it was overcooked or they just really plummeted that fast but judging from the current ratings, they must just be that bad. Sadly, we will likely never order from here again.
