White employee guy working night shift 9/27 working with food with his pants hanging off his butt smh the front and the back of his whole boxers was showing. That was so nasty and very unprofessional. I didn't even order any food I walked out after seeing that. You all need to really screen who you hire.

We tried Papa Johns for the first time in a while. Basically the pizza sucks nothing like it use to be. We ordered from the 2 twice as we believe in 2nd chances and both times the pizza arrived cold, not warm, certainly not hot but COLD! The taste of the pizza isn't like it use to be, not the fresh ingredients that use to make this a quality pizza, cheap ingredients and the crust was kinds of stale. Your better off buying a frozen pizza from the store as we have experienced it's much better.

The guy charge me for medium supreme pizza 19.99 I think he overcharging me.
Called in and Spoke with JJ the manager. He was super friendly and went above and beyond to cater my employees lunch here at Mazda of Clearwater. After calling several places, his customer service spoke volumes. We will be now placing several orders a month with this location. I read some of the other reviews on here, and can say our Pizza was fresh and delivered on time. Thank you to the entire staff!

Hi, I just wanted to write a review regarding the wonderful service that I received today (Sunday 6/8/25). There was some confusion on my part about where my order was. I had ordered from a hotel and thought that they would go to the front versus dropping it off directly at my door. After calling a few times and stressed about needing to finish a paper that was due within that hour, I pitifully walked back to my hotel room. Heartbroken. I had just arrived from the Midwest driving a large U-Haul and was exhausted and quite hungry (and without a car). Everything was closing and I had no clue what to do. So.. tired… The gentleman on the phone said something like, “I’m so sorry, I feel terrible.. Hopefully they snuck around you somehow and dropped it off at your door”. And just as I turned the corner, there it was… Sitting perfectly safe and sound. I couldn’t help but celebrate and laugh with the gentleman on the phone. I will say that I miss the days when they didn’t use DoorDash. However, I will also say that the DoorDash driver did in fact, bring me my order and did nothing wrong lol. The communication between the two companies just needs some improvement for sure. Anyway, I wanted to share, because it’s not very often that you speak to people who seem to give a crap. And they were all so chill yet attentive - a perfect blend honestly. Id give you guys more stars if I could, thanks so much!
Also, the pizza was damn good, and Mountain Dew was still cold. And I finished my paper in time. Freakin 10/10.

I went here today around 2pm for two pizzas and one of the pizzas had a horrible beat up pepper, it look as if the pepper was bitten into and the whole back on the pepper was missing it had no seeds in it or juice it look like the pepper could’ve came from out of the trash. I brought both of the pizzas back to this store and I asked to speak to the manager to state about my complaint. A African American male came to the front counter named JJ , stated he was the manager. I asked JJ, why would you place this pepper on a customer pizza in the condition the pepper was in. The manager JJ didn’t say anything he just stood there in silence. He didn’t ask to make the pizza over or apologize for anything he just stated that he would give me my money back from one of the pizzas that wasn’t eaten. Please double check your food before walking out the store. Store number #1410

We hadn't ordered from Papa John's in a long time and we kept seeing the commercials for the Shaq pepperoni pizza, so we ordered it for delivery a few days ago. It was awful! There was hardly any cheese or sauce on it and the crust was basically tasteless. It was completely disappointing.
