Ordering contactless and the delivery driver kept knocking on my door as i was trying to put my 1 month old to sleep. And even saw him looking into our home through the window on the door! That was super unprofessional and clearly he doesn’t know what contactless means. Won’t order from here again.

Tried to order using a coupon for 6.99 to pair with another item. They didn’t give me a discount at all but tried to make it seem like I got a discount total was still 36.00$ with the discount. Now I’m no math expert but 6.99 plus 6.99 plus tax and a delivery fee sound more of about 25$ total even 20.00$ this place gives you no discount but they sure do make it look like they do.

My first time ordering online from this particular location was well worth it! I ordered the pizza at 6:05 pm and I arrived within 12-14 mins. To my surprise, the pizza was ready for me! I ordered a delicious pepperoni/sausage/cheese pizza. Garlic dipping sauce and a jalapeno were in my pizza box! Well done!Parking: There is free parking here. It’s a nice size parking lot.

Ordered a pizza at 6:40pm - the app said it would take 30-40 mins. I called around 7:30pm & spoke w a women who explained that they were behind on deliveries but that a delivery driver was walking back into the store at that very moment & my pizza would be on the way shortly. I then waited another 30 mins. I called the store back at 8 & spoke with the manager Tony- he was cold, said that my pizza hadn’t even left the store. When I brought up to him that I was told by one of his employees that my pizza was next to leave the store 30 mins prior, he did not care. His employees need training as does he. I ended up canceling my order after waiting an hour & 20 mins. Awful service. Will not order from this location again.
Management at this location is extremely unprofessional. I ordered a large order and they called me saying it was inconsiderate ordering the same day where no where in the app it says to do so. The order is for an important event. The caterer didn’t show up so we are ordering papa johns as a last resort. Never will I order from this franchise again.

Called too talk too a Mgr about one of his delivery drivers,cutting drivers off,running them off the road,and giving people off,and cussing people out,and the Mgr told me he didn't have time for stupidity and hung up on me,be glad I'm not the owner of this business cause a mgr,and a delivery driver would be fired,all of this is absolutely ridiculous

Well the pizza used to be good. Todays pizza was soggy or seemed uncooked right out of the box. When I called to advise them it was not good, I was told by Jacob that the previous GM of store “Duane” had labeled my account as “scammer”!Like omg I am in shock. Since when is it wrong to complain about a product that is bought? I was not expecting anything in return I am sooooo beyond disappointed with this PapaJohns location and will definitely be contacting corporate. So my advise to everyone consuming from this store is beware you may have a title/label on your account for god knows what reason!
