Best stuffed pizza I've had. Homemade crust was crisp and cooked perfectly, perfect (a lot) of high quality cheese and the sauce was very flavorful. Staff was friendly and attentive.

to be clear, this is not a bad review. this place is freaking awesome. the atmosphere is exactly like the kind of pizza shop you'd find in Chicagoland. the employees behind the counter were funny and pleasant, which made our experience even better. the breadsticks are TO DIE FOR and arguably better than the pizza itself. the deep dish we got was good, but I'd like to lend some feedback to make the pizza even more authentic. the first thing I noticed was that the pizza could use a lot more sauce. don't be afraid to make the deep dish saucy - it's supposed to be! I also think a refresh for the sauce recipe is needed. it tasted very subpar, like a canned pizza sauce. adding in some different herbs and spices would really make it stand out. lastly, I found the crust to be very dry. some garlic butter on the edges would really top this pizza off! looking forward to coming back in a bit and trying it again.

We are from Chicago and have been searching for a good Chicago pizza. Paul's is thin, crispy and delicious. He also serves stuffed pizza. The beef sandwiches and Chicago dogs are really good choices also. Don't hesitate to stop here.!

As a Chicagoan, living in Florida for over a decade, their classic thin crust is as close to home as I've had in years. Staff is pleasant and on point. Price is right . Small shop appeal, with mainstream aspirations. I'll be back to try the rest of what they have to offer. Tip the staff🤌

This is the 2nd time we have gone to Paul's. Both times, we had awesome interactions with the staff. Everybody we encountered was cordial and hospitable. The pizza is fantastic! I get so sick of basic and boring pizza... Paul's Chicago Pizza definitely stimulates the taste buds. If you're interested in a local favorite, this is it. We will come here when we're in town.

We were looking for a Chicago deep dish and this place was excellent! Although claims to be stuffed pizza and not the typical Chicago style deep dish. It definitely hit the spot! Excellent good food. Taste amazing. We will be back. Look at that cheese!

W were in search of a good thin crust pizza and Paul's fit the bill. We are happy with the crust and can only suggest that more volume on toppings would put it over the top.

Great lunch special. Small supreme pizza, salad and a drink for $10.99. Pizza is delicious too. Can't beat it with a stick.

Edit 1/13/26: this lunch special no longer available. Small specialty pizza and drink with no salad now $16. Still delicious at least and service very friendly, but now a splurge instead of a must stop when in area.
