Ok. Do NOT order any grilled chicken!! My husband just ordered 2 grilled chicken sandwiches.... Horrible. Like rubber and no flavor. And I'm just saying, I never put a review on a restaurant unless it is that bad. Stick to the fried tenders I guess

Chicken sooooo dry. Fries sooooo dry. My gf didn't even get a notable amount garlic Parm sauce on her chicken, which I paid extra for. Pls don't charge me extra for a teaspoon of sauce ty. Otherwise it was fine 🤞🤞

Good food. The tables are soooo sticky. Pro tip. Take some oven cleaner and let it soak on the table for a few then wipe off.

I had a great experience at PDQ thanks to an outstanding employee named Aina. She handled my order with a smile, made sure everything was accurate, and went out of her way to ensure I was satisfied. It's clear that she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about customer service. Aina made the visit memorable, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of her exceptional attitude and professionalism.

Usually the older gentleman is at the drive thru with white/blonde hair and he is very nice! He actually says hello first and asks what you need and offers other options you may not know and asks those discovery questions to make the experience even better, and wishes a good day right after- as for others I’ve met usually the younger staff they could work on their customer service skills as far as friendliness, even just a smile, etc. they’re usually pretty dry and never say anything first when I come up(but I guess that’s teenagers in fast food?) but other than that the food itself is very fresh and delicious 💜 I’ve had almost everything at least once here and it’s all good but I could care less for the tenders (the’yre more on the dry side) and usually whoever hands me my food is also very nice but I will say I’m always disappointed when I don’t see my lil friend at the drive thru lol He put me onto the rewards app 🥰

I love PDQ!! I love trying new seasonal items, and am so glad the zucchini fries are back!! The food is so excellent and the employees are always kind. Definitely give it a try if you're on the hunt for an excellent chicken restaurant.
