Today I tried the new sauces .. I have eaten PdQ probably twice every month, have never had an issue or problem with anything. The new sauces are so good and you can taste the authenticity that went into making the sauce homemade in store as they say , ask them to do half and half on the boneless wings so you can try a couple , today I did half Parmesan garlic & half Korean bbq. 10/10

Dinner in, took quite a while to get our food. 3 in afternoon, drive through traffic was constant, had 2-3 tables. Absolutely no one cleaned or even looked at the dining area the entire time we were there (about an hour). Every single table was dirty.

Ordered through the drive thru to a young girl who was sitting in a stool. Order taker couldn’t have been less enthusiastic if she tried. She couldn’t answer any questions about sauce or food. Told me to ask the delivery window which wouldn’t have helped since I was ordering. Very overpriced and not that good if a product. If I had to do it again I could go to zaxbys and get better quality and better service, even though the tenders aren’t as big at zaxbys and zaxby sauce is awful.

I visited PDQ on Gulf to Bay, I'm not a regular, but everyone is very nice and the atmosphere is nice and welcoming. David, was very polite and friendly taking the order, and the sweet young lady who handed out the drink, and so was Khalid, one of the managers.I ordered breaded chicken tenders, which were very juicy, and zucchini fries that were awesome. I recommend you try it if you haven't, I prefer them over that other ckn place. ? also, their service is not only given with a smile but they are very quick preparing your order.Highly recommend.

This PDQ is 2 miles from where I live and so when I need a good chicken sandwich, I go there. I’ve never been disappointed until today. First of all, the employees are amazing. They’ve always had smiles on their faces, good personalities, and very helpful. Also, their food has always been delicious. Today, not feeling well, I drove from my house and went through the drive-through. It was the first time I’ve been told that they needed to make my meal “hot and fresh“ and they asked me to park in mobile spot number two, where I waited for almost 20 minutes. I finally called them because I wasn’t feeling well and didn’t want to walk in ( I didn’t look well) and they said they were just now making my meal. After another five minutes, they finally brought it to me and it was made incorrectly. The guy, I believe the manager, seemed genuinely disappointed that he made it wrong, but I wasn’t about to make any more trouble, and I just wanted to go home. I just feel like they should have at least offered some compensation or an apology or something. No idea what the holdup was, but pretty disappointed.

Been going to this PDQ since they opened. Had gone in a couple weeks but apparently things have changed and NOT for the better. I ordered a 5 piece spicy tender meal with a side ofac and cheese with a drink.....Lete just say PDQ used to be my go to for nice, hot, crispy waffle fries...what I got today were at least an hour old or been sitting somewhere for a while. The fries were soft, Luke warm, soggy, and tasteless.Spicy chicken tinders were ok....The Mac and cheese USED to be delicious but what I get is like warm pasta with....get this....tons of shredded cheese, didn't appear to by any actual cheese sauce like before...I threw it away. It was unedible.Lastly, the buffalo blue sauce.....aka Franks Red Hot sauce (literally) and no blue cheese, just regular Franks lol.Come one PDQ....place was literally dead in and outside....are they people inside just busy on their phones? I've seen that a few times and it doesn't send a professional appearance. Anyhow, very disappointing visit to what used to bey local PDQ.....lame.

My girlfriend and I normally really like this place, but yesterday was rough. I got smacked in the face while walking in the front door by a banner that was not secured on the bottom corner closest to the door. The chick who took our order I guess misunderstood my girlfriends order and charged her for the tenders and a drink a la cart instead of as a meal. We got our food and asked what about her fries. She explained she thought my girlfriend only wanted the tenders and a drink, she doesn't get fries. No biggie I'll pay for it, after it was already $32 for our meals it would be almost $4 for the fries again no biggie. But then they gave us such a small amount of fries. I think the fries included for a kids meal at any other fast food place would have been bigger. I know everything is getting more expensive but it was ridiculous. I was noticeably upset, so instead of the girl who worked there addressing it she just went into the back and hid until we left. We left soon after but I think we'll start giving chick filet our business instead.
