I love this place!!! It's not the best pork Tenderloin i've ever had..... But it sure does in a pinch!!! The staff are very friendly and helpful and cheerful!!! Just like I am at a bar restaurant in iowa!!!

Pete and Shorty's is a MUST when we're in town. The tenderloins are great! Also try the burger sliders. Last night, they also had live music outside. Fun times!

I’ve been a loyal customer of this restaurant for years, but the service needs a significant overhaul. The waitress who has been there for years has a terrible attitude and is rude to everyone.

I have been coming here since it opened 30 years ago. The shortie burgers were always a delicious reminder of the white castle burgers I left behind in New York. The shortie burgers are no more. They are offered on the menu as shortie burgers but what is served are hockey pucks on cold rolls.

It's been a long since I was at Pete & Shorty's. Just as good as I remember. My brother had the Shepherds Pie and said it was real good. I tried tater tots with my sandwich and they were really good.
