Ordered for the first time and the girl couldnt work the credit machine i had to load card myself the cheesesteak has no cheese at all and got one instead of two the desert was good and the fries with whiz sauce was good but a first and last.

Gracie was very helpful on the phone as we were having trouble making our on- line order. Our cheesesteaks were loaded- meat was quality , the peppers and onions were fresh and cooked just right. Cheese was good. And the onion straws! Oh my what can I say, you must try them!! I can’t give a review on the atmosphere as we had our food delivered- and it came nice and hot. Delivery person was kind and food was hot.

Updated Review: now a 2 star experience. Quality and experience has slipped. Gone is the NY Style Pizza of the prior location, which is unfortunate. And the quality of the cheesesteak also now a miss. Lacking in flavor and quantity today, plus the bread just did not have the perfect texture I come to love. And then the chili, just pass on that. All beans and no spice, rather bland. Just not a fan anymore. There are a few other options out there where the consistency and quality remains.

Tiny place with a few tables. Great staff and owner. The cheese pizza was just like the dive pizza places in Eastern PA where I grew up. A good taste of home. The Italian also hit the spot with just the right touches and meat and flavor to also Make me think I might just be in Philly or nearby in Jersey. Definitely go for exyra cheese on the Philly and enjoy it. It is as close to a non cheese whiz based Philly as you get here in Florida. And I prefer the non cheese whiz kind so I smiled at the flavor and texture. Only weak spot was the fries and no unsweet tea. Fresh hand cut fries and unsweet tea would have been a perfect experience. But even without. The sandwiches and the pizza were great. Thanks for the piece of my Eatern PA childhood in Florida. I smiled.

First time at Philly's - Its exactly what I expected and Gracie the young lady working the counter took it up a notch. Food was good and hot. Again, exactly what I expected from a fast food chain such as this. We've been in town a week and ate at some bougie restaurants that have fell flat. It was refreshing to get exactly what I wanted and enjoy the experience. Gracie had personality and energy and was helpful in informing us about options (drinks, desserts, sides, extras). The place was extremely clean. All the tables were freshly cleaned.. it was overall a great experience at a good price! Keep up the good work guys!
