I asked if I could order a flavor tea with boba added. He said yes, but then handed me a milk boba. When I questioned it and reexplained what I requested, He said he can’t make me one without the milk, and refused to give me a refund. When asked who the manager was he said him… and refused to talk or try to try to resolve the issue. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. I had to take a picture of the license because he refused to give me any company info. The license hanging on display expired in 2024. I have never seen a business run or so called managers act the way he did.

I wouldn’t waste your time here, on top of the poor service the Pho was small and terrible for a $15 microwave quality meal.
Maybe this guy should look for a new job, this work isn’t suited for him.

Every time I come to countryside mall, i stop by Pholicious to grab my favorite honeydew boba. The service is great, very quick and employees are very kind. Their prices are also very good.

Whenever I go to the mall, getting one of their boba drinks has become my routine. I love their milk tea, it isn't too sugary and always makes me want more. The guy who works there is always so nice and friendly. It makes stopping by such an enjoyable experience! I would recommend trying the place out at least once, because once you find the flavor you like, you'll find it hard to stop coming back. Plus the faces on the drink’s seals are always fun to see!
