Every time I come to countryside mall, i stop by Pholicious to grab my favorite honeydew boba. The service is great, very quick and employees are very kind. Their prices are also very good.

Whenever I go to the mall, getting one of their boba drinks has become my routine. I love their milk tea, it isn't too sugary and always makes me want more. The guy who works there is always so nice and friendly. It makes stopping by such an enjoyable experience! I would recommend trying the place out at least once, because once you find the flavor you like, you'll find it hard to stop coming back. Plus the faces on the drink’s seals are always fun to see!

If they're going to hire new employees maybe they should train them first??? Guy working didn't even know how to make Thai tea and manager texted him they couldn't give a refund
we were treated like queens, the guy was so kind and polite and talking with us it was really fun and he gave us free gummies. the drinks were so delicious and we even got the extra smoothie in another cup just because he made too much on accident. it tasted REALLY GOOD and were so excited to come here for boba each time we come to this mall 10/10 recommend!

DO NOT ORDER came in with my girlfriend and expected a lot more it was a youngish male employee with a mustache and he was normal at first but we ordered regular drinks a matcha and a taro tea when we sat down we had realized how much ice was in them drank a few sips and realized it was practically water zero flavor and so I asked the guy if he could remake them and he said “no bye” and I said excuse me can I at least get a refund it’s all ice and it’s not sweet and has no flavor and he said “okay bye” didn’t even acknowledge what I said DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE btw I paid 6 each for the drinks
