Had sign up that said "be back in 5, it's worth the wait" so I took a seat at one of the bar stools . Waited 20 minutes and still no one came , probably a dozen or so people walked by and walked away cause no one was there. So I left, disappoint in this place especially after reading other recent reviews probably won't be going back

Please do not eat/drink here. Sliced beef Pho was so salty, I could not dilute it wish a half a bottle of water. Serving lady was nice, but was by herself and took over 45 minutes to make a Taro slushy and soup due to a few drinks ahead of us. If you enjoy authentic pho, or want to try it for the first time. This is not the place for it.

I was a previous worker at this place and PLEASE DONT EAT HERE ITS A HEALTH HAZARD!!⚠️ ‼️There is mold everywhere and a roach infestation, it id extremely filthy. The photos below depict just how nasty it is. This place makes spring rolls with rotten lettuce and spoiled shrimp and chicken. The meats are not taken care of or tossed when they go bad. The owner would tell me that when the meatballs go bad to just boil them and they'll be brand new. You WILL get sick if you eat here DONT RISK THE FOOD POISONING‼️‼️ There is a severe roach infestation and they get into the fridge and ice machine. The new owner NAM HO is cheap and greedy and abuses his employees. He is also committing active tax fraud with none of the employees on actual pay roll. everything is under the table and they lie to the health inspectors. PLEASE DONT EAT HERE ITS SO DANGEROUS. TAKE YOUR KIDS AND GO GET SMOOTHIES SOMEWHERE ELSE‼️‼️‼️

So I went over just to grab some boba, I dont typically write reviews because I find it to be snobbish, I am writing this just to let anyone who is curious about the experience know what its like. The boba was slightly above what I would normally pay, which is fine, the problem arose within the boba itself. I think that they may have pumped too much flavoring into it because oh my goodness it was overpowering. Another thing with the boba was that they were insanely rubbery, which is a shame since thats my favorite part. I thanked the employee and left a tip, they were super nice! I cant blame the employees, because I feel that if they were provided with better supplies and flavoring, that they would excel. I hope the business takes these critiques into consideration, and I would love to come back and change my review of the place.

AWFUL! I went to get boba with my sisters and was appalled to see roaches in the ice cubes. I don't know how the worker didn't see the roach, but it was almost put in my DRINK TO GET BLENDED!!! ? It was very unsanitary too, everything that I could see was nasty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I’ve had pho at other places and this places pho is so bland I flavorful and the noodles are so hard and under cooked..I will never eat at this spot again in my life. The girl told me the noodles had to sit for a min to cook and it did absolutely nothing for me…

I don’t normally do reviews but after my experience today, I was incredibly hurt by the service given to us today. My teenage son tried ordering a tea alone for the first time at this location because he loves the coconut boba tea from here & I was in the middle of checking out at a nearby store. My son loves the coconut tea & asked for a milk tea, not knowing he just asked for the wrong tea. He then realizes he accidentally ordered the wrong tea after he saw the brown colored tea once the employee served it. He then asked the employee if this is the coconut drink. The employee said “no, that it’s the milk tea”. My son then asked him if he could have the coconut tea because he accidentally ordered the wrong one. The employee said “no, you ordered that, there’s nothing I can do”. By then, I then was done at the store & walked in by this time. My son filled me in on the error & I apologized to the employee for the mishap. Then I asked if we can get a different tea & he said (with an attitude) “no, there’s nothing he can do if he ordered incorrectly” I told my son to just try drinking it, maybe it’s good. He tried it & he highly disliked it. He just wasn’t a fan of that flavor. So, I asked the employee “if he is dissatisfied with the drink, is there a way to swap it out?” The employee said “no, we don’t do that”. I’m in shock at this point that we couldn’t get any help. He was not willing to accommodate in any form. Nor was he nice about it. My husband walked up and asked “how we can solve this issue?” The employee said “You can contact the owner.” So we did, and the phone number that was found was for another location (Seminole FL.) So we asked them what they would suggest. They told us that they give refunds at their Seminole location if something like that happens. So, we were confused as to why the Clearwater location doesn’t provides refunds to their customers. I really didn’t want to drag this out so far but, I felt like the Clearwater employee was not nice nor trying to accommodate at all. We asked for a supervisor phone number and we called but they didn’t answer. I left a message in hopes they’d call back. They didn’t. I waited nearly 3 hours for a call and got nothing. We were pretty sad about the outcome of this scenario. Very disappointed at their method of customer service. Proceed with caution everyone.

It's an insult to Pho to call this soup Pho. The soup broth is extremely bland. They didn't have all the usual condiments (no Thai basil). The chicken chunks were processed (not fresh). For the price I paid, I was very disappointed.Kid-friendliness: Not kid-friendly. No kids meal options.

I love Pho ❤️ and this place is the worst tasting and most expensive of the lot. Paid double for extra steak buying thr steak and meatball. Ended up getting double meatball and charged for the extra steak. Packets of sauce cost extra but only got 1 packet of each. The quality of the food was just absolutely horrible for the price and for that price I expected premium. Only place to spend almost 40 bucks on 2 Phos and get absolutely ripped off. Don't recommend. I rather eat crayons then come again.

I see a lot of negative reviews but I always get great service from the man I believe is the owner, is always friendly and gives good service. Hit and miss with the ladies that work there but even with them the service is anywhere from okay to goodAlways get the same thing, the veggie pho and it's fantastic. Wouldn't expect it in the food court of a mall but I enjoy eating here!
