ATTN OWNER/MANAGER : Today’s dining experience was awful! PLEASE be way more picky on who you hire as it definitely reflects very poorly on your restaurant when service is beyond bad and unprofessional.

The waitress with pink hair was not very friendly almost pushy to get our orders taken and then never once checked on our table after the food was put down. It was apparent she was more interested in socializing and being loud with the other waitresses/staff huddled at the far end, talking and laughing ! It would’ve been real nice to have our drinks refilled or asked how things were and if we needed anything, you know like waitresses normally do but it did NOT happen. Also, my daughter had to switch seats as the air duct above her was dripping on her arm. Isn’t anyone paying attention to what’s going on in here???!!!! I finally got up and walked over to get a to-go box where I had to interrupt her chatting away, she handed me a to-go box and went right back to talking. You think that would’ve been a clue to stop socializing and honestly she should’ve been embarrassed but she is obviously clueless and appeared to care less. Additionally, my daughter had to ask the cashier for a bag to place her to-go box in, something else the waitress should’ve taken care of but again she never left her social circle, the entire time! I’m sure the waitress came to her senses when she saw the lack of tip. Generally I tip more than 20% but not today, her loss!!

MGMT: I’ve been to this restaurant several times but not for a little while and it used to be amazing and the waitresses were spot on. I’m not sure what’s happened but I did notice your sign for help wanted for waitresses, cooks and cashiers. Hopefully you gain a better staff of people who care and weed out the ones who are dragging your restaurant down. There are so many restaurants in our area and many within a stones throw who have a caring, professional, attentive kind staff. I’m not sure if it’s worth returning any time soon. Good luck!!!!

We eat breakfast there 3 or 4 times a month. Always consistent. Inexpensive compared to most breakfast restaurants. Also, the best home fried potatoes

This place and the people working here are just awesome! We haven't found anything we don't like! Top notch chicken tenders and onion rings. The brownies are omgosh delicious. Go here!

Quintessential old school NY style deli in charming Safety Harbor This place is on point! Try their hot pastrami sandwich, that’s out of this world! if you’re looking for the real deal this is it!

Went to lunch here for the first time last week with one of my customers. He lives in the area and suggested it. It's an old school deli, and the food was great. I had the Italian sandwich and a cup of clam chowder. Both were fantastic. Servers were very friendly and efficient. I'm looking forward to going back!

Hi...guys/gals, I almost swallowed your pick today. You make excellent and tall sandwiches that I like to order and will order again...and putting a pick in a sandwich is ok. Burying a pick where the customer can't see it, is not. Buy longer picks. Thank you for your good food.
