I purchased a rainbow ice cream for my nephew, but unfortunately, he didn’t enjoy it. After trying it myself, I found it to be quite disappointing. When I spoke to the manager about the issue, their response was rude and unhelpful—they refused to offer an exchange for a different flavor. I decided to go across the street to Kilwins, where the ice cream quality was much better.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered my son a personal pan pizza and when I opened the pizza box there was a long black hair covering almost every slice. I brought it back and asked for a new one. After waiting at least 10 minutes I asked if I should be listening for an order number to be called when the pizza was ready, because I didn't have one. I'm not sure if she misunderstood me, but her reply was they put the pizza at the end of their list because it wasn't one of the cook's hairs. I said I'm not blaming the cook, but it's someone's hair and it's not mine or my son's. She started to argue with me then said it was my hair! And because of that the pizza is last on their list. The hair was very clearly long, straight and black which is the opposite of my hair. Not only did this place make a little kid wait an unnecessarily long time for his food, she had the nerve to start an argument with me. I agree it wasn't the cook's hair, it was hers! This is probably the worst (and overpriced) place I've been to.
