Pierres eatery, 2nd Floor, Food Court

The prices are not accurate and have gone up since the eatery opened. The lady working the register did not mention to us that prices have gone up, she seemed confused about what we ordered, and the food had left much to desire.

Do NOT recommend! Got one slice of pepperoni and a smallish iced tea. The pizza slices are rather small and sitting there cold and they heat it up to a luke warm temp. It was not good. Barely ate any of it. The iced tea had the instant crystals floating on top. Worst of all was the ridiculous price, including a small tip, which was well over $11: for ONE slice and a small drink! Threw away most of it, it was disgusting!

Asked how much a large combo was. Lady said 11.99 but was struggling with English and did not speak very much English. Was charged over 18 dollars at the register, the manager(?) Who also had very little English skills started talking back to me when I questioned the huge difference. Very rude.

Food was reheated in the microwave and still was barely warm. Meatballs had no flavor and macaroni just OK. 11 spent was was not satisfied.

I was in the mall the other day with 3 kids ages 8 to 12. They were getting hungry bc it was after lunch time but too close to dinner to eat something big. We all agreed pizza would be the way to go. It's quick and cheap, right? I ordered 4 slices and 4 drinks. Guess how much. Guess how much for average mall pizza, not even big slices. $39!!! I'm so mad at myself for not sending it back. My fault. I must've been in shock. Almost $40!! You would think David Portnoy himself was just there and rated it a 9 with that price. I rated it a "meh". $40. Unreal. Still mad.

Owner yelled at me because I didn't specifically say I wanted my meal to go. He didn't ask if I wanted to go or to dine in. He yelled at me when I received my order and asked for a to go container because he had to waste the paper plate he just put it on. Will not return to a place that doesn't respect their customers over something as minute as a paper plate. No one deserve to be the way he treats his people, let alone his customers that keep him open.

The pizza was delicious! Unfortunately the soda wasn't mixed properly so it tasted like carbonated water. I would have said something about it except the waitperson either hates her job or was having a bad day. She was irritated we asked for straws, so I didn't bother her with the soda issue because sometimes you can just tell it won't matter. This was in a food court so the ambiance was exactly what one would expect. It wasn't particularly busy, so my only caution to others is if it is busy, try a different food option. This was our first time trying Pierre's and despite the pizza being delicious, I think I'll stick with the cheese steaks in the future.

Awful.Super lack of info on the menuPizza......but no tomato sauce.Stromboli........but only the tiniest cup of tomato sauce which ran out little over half way through.Diet Coke in purposefully smaller cans ( 12coz)Malls and mall traffic are dying and this unhappy eatery is emblematic

This place charges $6 for the smallest slice of pizza I ever seen. It was horrible I can’t believe this place is even still open. The worker was nice but everything else is over priced and not good at all.
