An Incredible Experience Serving Jury Duty in Pinellas County

I can’t say enough about how amazing my experience was serving jury duty in Pinellas County. The jury staff were organized, kind, and genuinely caring — they made everyone feel comfortable and respected throughout the entire process. The deputies were personable and professional, and the judge showed so much gratitude and appreciation for our time and service, which made a lasting impression.

The facility itself was clean, welcoming, and very well run. Everything from check-in to dismissal flowed smoothly. What truly stood out to me was how human and connected the entire experience felt — even Ken Burke, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, stepped into the elevator with us and took a moment to thank us personally. That level of humility and appreciation meant so much.

Overall, I’m grateful to have served and proud to live in a county that treats its citizens and jurors with such respect and kindness. Pinellas County Clerk’s Office — you’re doing an outstanding job!

Everyone in the whole entire Justice center is very nice with a few exceptions of ignorant clerks and cashier's who act like they don't know certain things nor do they care. I haven’t been here in years but I had to come and get some records and The clerks office was immaculate.

If you’re lucky enough to get to work with Pamela B just know you’re in good hands.

Sometime I feel like I’m bothering the clerks when they are suppose to do their job and provide the service for us. Some clerks just seem to do the bare minimum with a bare minimum attitude.

You won’t get that with Pamela. She’s is very knowledgeable, approachable, and has excellent customer service skills.

She doesn’t make you feel like you are bothering her and she’s ready to help.

She made this whole experience more pleasant than any other time I have been here in the past years. Give her a raise!

sheriffs & cops are condescending there

Really nice facilities. Everyone is nice and friendly. Plenty of parking.

Round 2, Monday, 2 cases, they say Tuesday is worse day. But clean, clean bathroom, it's 8:16, supposed to start at 8:30, no later than 9 am, parking not an issue, I should had waited longer, bring a light jacket or wear jeans, it's cool temps inside, oh here we go

This courthouse is probably the kindest, quickest, and cleanest I have been to. Staff were great. Easy to navigate. Clean restroom. Nice way to spend a Monday.

Can't take payments over the phone??! Why

Wrote me a parking ticket at fort desoto boat ramp as their parking spaces were too small for my truck and boat trailer. Fine, go to pay and I can’t pay online for 7-10 business days, yet they only give you 15 total days to pay the ticket. It was 4th of July which means they’re not working so now I likely can’t even pay the ticket online or over the phone until after the 15 days. What a racket. Only government can be this inefficient and still exist.

After a few phone calls the clerk did agree to waive the ticket for me since it still wasn’t in the system. Updating to 4

Trash service at the lobby was told they do passport service, they do not

I guess it's not possible for children to have a safe place to live in this area! Where is fair housing supervition of landlords! This county allows for landlords to apsolutly screw the people. You contribute to poverty and homelessness When you allow poperty management to use prospective tenits for app fees that are not returned, over charge tenits, raise fees above 3x the rent, or charge 3x the rent yet ask above reasonable income. We had money for a down! We have now spent almost $1000 on Non Refundable application fees! We have two kids! We are literally being forced into homeless by poperty managment! This should not be legal!!!!! Where is Fair Housing!? There's 55+ and student aid! Where is aid for young families with kids!
