“Tonight it appears I made an unknowing mistake on our online order which made our pizza inedible for us. The kind staff at Pizza Hut took care of the situation for us. Karen and her manager (sadly I don't know her name) were extremely professional and their customer service was exceptional. Even though we live closer to another Pizza Hut, Belcher has been our go to for nearly 10 years.“
“My pizza was unfortunately raw in the middle..when I called to see how they would rectify it ,Ryan handled it with ease and professionalism. He made sure I was satisfied and apologized multiple times for the frustration it may have caused me. Great customer service.

“I stopped ordering from you guys when you got rid of the pazone (still heartbreaking) but decided to order late last night around 1030. It was awesome. Food was fresh and super hot. Everything was cooked perfect. Wings were great. It was quick as hell and just all around great. I really hope they keep this up because I'll order again.“
