I ordered the boneless wing deal, but they weren't even close to normal boneless wings at other places, no these were more like small chicken nuggets like wendy's or Mcdonald's. Total ripoff and pizza hut is off our radar from now on.

Tonight it appears I made an unknowing mistake on our online order which made our pizza inedible for us. The kind staff at Pizza Hut took care of the situation for us. Karen and her manager (sadly I don't know her name) were extremely professional and their customer service was exceptional. Even though we live closer to another Pizza Hut, Belcher has been our go to for nearly 10 years.

Order inedible due to soggy mess. Store refused to answer calls, tried for well over an hour. Customer Service was no help either while trying to get a refund. Delivery was via DoorDash and a complete failure. Very disappointed.

Unfortunately, our local Pizza Hut is not up to par. Pizza Hut has gone to a call center and uses Door Dash for delivery. Our latest order, of Chicken Alfredo pasta, cheese sticks, and New Tavern Styled Pizza, was not what was delivered. I ended up taking back our order for a refund, plus did I mention the pizza was missing slices when it arrived at our home. Very unsatisfied with Pizza Hut Clearwater, Fl.
