I really never got out of my way and put a bad review on a company but this is a MUST to help others out before they waist there money. First Off HORRIBLE PIZZA Every-time i order here they mess up my order!! So unsatisfied with this pizza hut , they should really consider getting new management or closing down. They really don't care about the quality of there service.

Management is rude and they are serving old food nasty place and employees are just horrible and disrespectful and quick to tell you no refund!!!!! Gave me hard pizza and hard boneless chicken!!! This establishment is not worth even looking at and it gives Pizza Hut a bad look!!! Just down right nasty and horrible..!!!!! Don’t Eat at this place!!!!! Worst location ever!!!

What pizza place doesn't have delivery drivers past 7pm. They used door dash to deliver my order, git spoke ZERO English so he couldn't find my place. I tried to call him 4 times and his phone went to vm every time. I found him wondering around my apt complex with my cold pizza. Nevee order from here again.

I ordered pizza through the website, went into the store to pick up after dealing with traffic to get there the person at the counter looked up my order I said 4 personal pans right there in the warmer. Told me those were not mine. Waited another 10 minutes then he looked at the tag on the boxes and said sorry they were mine. Got home and 1 pizza wasn't what we ordered. Called the store and Justin the manager said I could drive back over and they would remake. I said no I would like a refund as I can not eat the ingredients on the pizza and did not want to drive in traffic again. He barked I would eventually get it and immediately hung up on me. Giving the benefit of the doubt that maybe we got disconnected I called back to be hung up on immediately without a hello several times. Called from my daughter's phone (same area code) and did the same thing. Finally got through with another phone number asked for the manager and after 7 minutes Justin got on the phone yelling that I had been refunded and he did not have time to deal with me. I told him he did not have to be rude and hang up which he did once again while I was still speaking. I will be contacting corporate as they should know what kind of person is representing their company as someone in charge. I have worked in customer service for 30 years and would never treat someone like this. We will not be back.

Super Dirty Mold on the Ceiling U can see it from the Counter I would never suggest eating there If u dont wanna believe me go to the back yourselfs and see how your food is really being handled Makes no sense

I ordered two pizzas to go and after receiving my order, the cashier went to prepare the food since there was no other staff. Without cleaning his hands or wearing gloves, I saw how he put the ingredients in, without taking the minimum care of cleanliness. Additionally, when we tried the pizza, I was really disappointed with the flavor. I'm sure a market pizza would have been better. I will never return to this unpleasant place again. Don't expect anything more from the service than a bad face and bad service!!!!
Would rate 0 stars if I could, ordered a few times delivery and carry out and both were horrible, delivery was terrible and very slow, pizza was cold. Came in not too long ago and a couple of the employees were just rude , short guy and heavy set girl (possibly managers?) were outrageous and so disrespectful making and mumbling horrible comments towards customers, honestly just a horrible place with nasty food and workers, would advise not to eat here

The wings are okay but the pizza sucks, which is sad for those old enough to remember when it didn't. Skip the big chains and pay a few extra dollars for quality. It's worth avoiding the regret.

We ordered piz,a and wings. The wings were honey BBQ and so many of them didn't have the sauce on it. Our pizza was horrible. My husband said his seemed like it had no sauce on his either. Never going back there lesson learned. Stay away and from the other reviews you may want to fire everyone and get different employees that will actually do the job correctly
