I ordered a 12 inch pizza it had no sauce and very little chicken . A real disappointment for sure . Order from somewhere else $30 down the drain .

First and last time I order at this location! Medium 2 topping hand tossed. Skimpy on the toppings. I didn't get the extra sauce I asked for. And it wasn't hot. It was warm. You can always tell when you pick up the box. Whoever made that pizza was either tired, didn't want to be there or just lazy! It wasn't "Pizza Hut"

Last night we ordered a BBQ pizza for my friends. We ate half of it already because we were very hungry but when we got it, it was so plain and no BBQ on it whatsoever. We called to see if we can pick up BBQ sauce from the store. We weren’t even asking for a refund or trying to cause any trouble at all. When we called in to ask the white guy for some sauce on the phone, he responded in a rude way as if he didn’t want to be bothered and hung up the phone. He also said he’s not stupid because he thought we were lying to him.We decided to bring the pizza back in for him to look at it because where do you see BBQ sauce?!?!? When we got there he was very rude and then even managed to touch the pizza with his fingers when we asked him where the BBQ sauce was. We ended up just getting a refund even though that’s not what we initially wanted. It didn’t have to be that way at all. They really need to fix their customer service at this place because it’s horrible. I work in the service industry myself and I get it. Some people are hard to deal with but again, we weren’t being rude or disrespectful to him at all. We just wanted some BBQ sauce on the side. Instead, he was disrespectful for no reason, so for someone to talk back like that is ridiculous and they should not be working in that type of industry. Never coming back!! And I hope that guy gets fired.

The store on s. Belcher has the most rude people in the world and the so call manager was just as rude then went we got upset they hung up on us. This is so unacceptable in an business and I will never order from this company again and will let everyone in my complex know how bad this company is.
