The home service is terrible, how disrespectful, knowing that there are several people waiting and there is only one person and when the other person arrives they start talking instead of expediting the orders, I don't like coming for the same reason but it's time, they should change personnel, for people more committed to the establishment.

He made sure I was satisfied and apologized multiple times for the frustration it may have caused me. Great customer service. **(If it wasn’t Ryan the name might have been Kyle.) I just LOOOVVVEEEE ordering for delivery only for the Door Dash driver, who they've outsourced delivery to, to just cancel the picking it up. Good luck getting ahold of the store, they love to let the phone ring and ring until it's the call center's problem. And if you manage to get someone at the store, don't count on getting a manager, the staff won't grab one or the manager just won't come to the phone. Take my advice, stop supporting Pizza Hut and let the company go bankrupt.

I just bought a large pepperoni and onion pizza from this location . Tasteless and smelled like some kind of cleaner (couldn't even guess what it was ) couldn't eat it and threw the whole thing out . Never again won't take a chance at having to have my stomach pumped out !!!???

Slow to prepare food, on top of that called to make an order and the answering machine says the store is closed due to the weather. I drove by and there were people inside ordering. Does Pizza Hut not have workers who can pick up the phones? The place is open I don’t see the issue on why the phone can’t be picked up for ordering.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! After waiting an hour and a half for the delivery watching the delivery driver drove around for 30 minutes on the tracker our pizza was cold and looked like it had been cooked yesterday! Wings and pasta were cold as well. Absolutely Disgusting! I will never order from here again! Dominos from now on!

The night staff is very lazy on night shift and they do not pay attention to the orders or their toppings and pretty much send out everything cold If you get delivery, unless you tip over 20% or more. The drivers seem to be very particular about who they get their food too hot and fresh. Any tip under 20% seems to go to Doordash. Takeout is a better option because you can check behind them to make sure People did Everything correctly. I usually do not have issues when I do take out normally.
