Terrible customer service and total lack of care in delivery. Our pizza that was “dropped off” looked like it was literally flung at the door when we opened it. Incompetent does not even begin to describe this location.

Didn’t even get my pizza delivered to the wrong address and when we called they gave us a 50$ discount for a 60$ order which makes zero sense on how I’m stuck hungry being refused to being able to reorder due to lack of delivery drivers.

The home service is terrible, how disrespectful, knowing that there are several people waiting and there is only one person and when the other person arrives they start talking instead of expediting the orders, I don't like coming for the same reason but it's time, they should change personnel, for people more committed to the establishment.
My pizza was unfortunately raw in the middle..when I called to see how they would rectify it ,Ryan handled it with ease and professionalism. He made sure I was satisfied and apologized multiple times for the frustration it may have caused me. Great customer service. **(If it wasn’t Ryan the name might have been Kyle.) I just LOOOVVVEEEE ordering for delivery only for the Door Dash driver, who they've outsourced delivery to, to just cancel the picking it up. Good luck getting ahold of the store, they love to let the phone ring and ring until it's the call center's problem. And if you manage to get someone at the store, don't count on getting a manager, the staff won't grab one or the manager just won't come to the phone. Take my advice, stop supporting Pizza Hut and let the company go bankrupt.

My orders are always wrong, no matter how detail I explain it it's always wrong, today no exception. I explain how I wanted my order and still after I paid order was wrong. I guess I'll go back to domino's at least they got the order right.
