My husband took a chance at Planet Grilled Cheese for the first time. He described the ordering process to be a little unorganized. The employee that he placed the order with seemed to be confused about his questions and unsure of the products that they offer. Despite those things he really enjoyed his chicken, bacon, ranch sandwich.

Food was excellent. Had a spicy Buffalo with a side of onion rings. Everything was made fairly quick. Really appreciated the employees noticing we had children and helped us pick out food for them and provided extra plates and utensils

I just came to know that kids meal is free with adult meal. The server never mentioned this to me. It should be clearly mentioned and on top I paid 13.99 for kids meal.

I went on my lunch break I ordered loaded fries looked so good till I found a hair.. I told them about it and they laughed in my face..didn’t offer me a refund and accused me saying it’s my hair. Very unprofessional. Won’t be ordering from that location again.

Got 2 Grill Cheese with Bacon, onion rings and soda. The sandwich was disgusting, vegetable oil cheese with bacon bits. Not grilled but burnt chard bread. Just disgusting. Onion rings were good. We dropped over $30 with tip. Run away from this place. I don’t know how they are still in business.

Ok so things where going well ordered my food upgraded to a meal and then upgraded my drink to a lemonade ?. My order came to almost $18 plus tip. I had half of my sandwich left so requested a to go container and they made me pay 50 cents for it. Seriously because 18$ plus tip so I can compensate for you not offering your employees a decent wage. Now you feel the need to juice another 50 cents out of me. I won't go back for that much money there is a ton of places in the mall I can spend my time and money at. Thanks next

Not even edible. How is this place even open? I got a sandwich that taste like cardboard and even the cheese was gross. Kids meals are free with adult entree and even my kid food was bad $25 down the drain. Please go somewhere else. Go anywhere like anywhere
