I have been going to Poblano’s for close to ten years. Great food, good service. But noticed the past year being shorted with their dips for their to go orders. Same container, less product. For the first time I questioned why so much less and was advised they have a measuring cup to fill based on order size. 6oz was the size that was ordered, and after getting home and measuring, 4 oz is what I received. I called to confirm their sizes just in case of an error. And correct size ordered. Sad this has been happening for awhile. Check your order before you leave.

Our family loves Poblanos! John our waiter was awesome and very polite and attentive! Looking forward to coming back soon!

I lived in Western Colorado for forty-eight years so the Mexican food bar has been set very high for decades. At Poblanos the happy hour margaritas were good, the chips were warm, the salsa and queso dip were authentic. Everything arrived at our table on time. The main course portions were generous and very tasty. We had fun and look forward to our next visit.

Great food and wonderful experience! The server Yossi was excellent! She was very good at explaining all of the different options for someone who was vegan! I got the lunch Chimichanga highly recommend!

Only thing keeping this place alive is it's location and base clientele. Whomever frequents this place for the food must not be familiar with Mexican cuisine, have no desire for seasoning in their food, and have a palette for tough textured meat. Even the food presentation is lacking. Rice looks to be microwaved and over cooked, refried beans were room temp and looked like they been heated all day on a hot plate.

They did a great job accommodating our party of 13, server was very attentive and polite/respectful. I personally got the tour de Mexico meal and it was very well priced for the quality and quantity of the platter.

The sweet and attentive blonde server really made the difference with our experience. We were intending to dine somewhere else in an adjacent plaza, but didn’t realize it was closed on Sundays. We ended up at Poblanos as a result (on accident). For being super hungry, the food came quickly. But I must say my boyfriend definitely enjoyed his food more than I did. The flan was very delicious, though.

Omg i had a monster of a taco salad was huge it had everything in it steak, mushrooms cheese, u name it it had, and spinach dip!!! Fantastic!!food was awesome and came warm!!
