We went through the drive thru, our food was fresh and hot. We received big pieces of chicken, red beans and rice, mashed potatoes and gravy with biscuits. I utilized the app and used a coupon. Great deal!

Popeyes food is always good but every time I get food here they leave something out. Once I ordered a family meal with sides and only got chicken. Another time they left out the biscuits. Check your bag thoroughly because they sure don’t.

If I could give less than one star, I would. Popeyes is my favorite, but this location is terrible. Worst service of any fast food restaurant I have ever been to. I wish the owner of this franchise would become more aware because if they knew the reputation of their restaurant from the locals, they would be mortified. You wait 20 minutes to get a 5-piece, and from our experience, they usually don't get the order right. We have tried it multiple times, hoping it would improve, since Popeyes is generally so good. Oh, and sometimes you even get scolded by the person taking your order. So, if you want to overpay and not receive your correct order while being yelled at, this is the place for you!

Can’t even answer how the food is bc I still haven’t gotten it. I ordered 30 mins ago and they keep telling me they need to cook the chicken 6 more mins or “all the way”. this is awful. So much for “fast food” I could’ve gotten food at a nice restaurant faster than this

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered ghost pepper wings were old and reheated!! And they all knew. I fed the wings to the seagulls outside. So gross! Will never come back to this restaurant again!

I tried giving this establishment another chance after 4 months. I truly would never eat from this Popeyes ever again. Hard fried no good chicken just ain't proper to even serve. It's who's frying the chicken that's the true problem. Being from New Orleans trust me I know good chicken especially from Popeyes. Owner you need to hire someone who can cook. Chicken I paid my hard earned money for was terrible Best I wait to buy Popeyes when I go out of town. I bought Popeyes last month from out of town it was delicious.. Popeyes on Missouri need to just shut down . .I ordered spicy get served mild ... I'm just about finish with this particular Popeyes. People deserve better. . I don't see how this place gets a review that's acceptable with the horrible Chicken I received for the second time I've been there. Just unacceptable really...Who is the project manager?

These people have no customer service senses. They want to tell me what they will sell me for my money.

I stopped at the drive thru on my way home from (about 20 away from my home). I ordered 2 3 piece all white combos with mashed potatoes with sweet tea.
I also ordered a 5 piece blackened tenders and French fries with no drink.
When I got home my first 2 meals were good but my 5 piece blackened tenders and fries were 2 blackened tenders and no fries!
I tried to calling the store 2 times and it rang about 10 times and then hung up.
I will not go to this Popeyes again!

The sides containers were less than half full.. ordered a side of Mac n cheese, and they gave me like 2 bites.
