ordered on Uber eats, salad was terrible the lettuce was wilted and several romaine cores where in there and the portions were very small for the money. also ordered a side of queso, very small portion for the money as well. Will not order again. used to love this place

Food was mediocre, poor service, terrible atmosphere. The server was too busy hanging around his friends and not taking care of customers. He ruined my dinner. Managers do not supervise.

Located just outside the mall in Clearwater, a great place to eat after shopping at the mall.
With a good drink happy hour and certain sides all you can eat , and excellent service from our server Curtis , made it a great ending to our day!!

Absolutely the worst service ever! Waited 15 minutes to be seated in an empty restaurant. Waited another 15 minutes for the server to show up. Then the food was dropped off and the server was never to be seen until it came time for the check. They claim "unlimited sides" but you never have a chance to reorder because nobody shows up. As for the food the burger was ok but the fries were ice cold. Not the first time we experienced this. Figured give it another shot. This time was worst than the last! Save your money and go elsewhere!!!

Horrible service, took way too long for even first drinks and menu, said they were out of something instead of going to get. Undercooked burger, ink or some coloring on granddaughters chicken, very unorganized,and food was just blah---
Won't be going back!!

Stopped in to Red Robin at their Countryside Mall location and was impressed!! Upon arrival they had the outside all decked out for Christmas and the decor followed inside as well. Very great job on the decorations!! Was greeted promptly. Our server Meagan was phenomenal in her service!!! Helped with menu selections and recommendations. Food was brought out quickly and hot!! From the appetizer to the entrees, the flavors were excellent!! I ordered the new Jalapeño Heatwave burger, added an additional patty to it and was extremely impressed in the flavors!!! There is an extensive selection of gourmet burgers, shakes, desserts and more!!! Looking forward to visiting again when I’m in the area!!! Keep up the great work everyone!!! And also, excellent job by the kitchen staff for a great job!!!
