This place just opened 2 months ago and we went to try it today. It was great homemade fresh food. I had the red pepper soup and my husband got the ropa vieja. Definitely try this place out! Support your small local businesses.
We are happy to have the addition of this delicious food option in downtown Clearwater!! We've never had Panamanian food before coming to Tortuma. The owners are very friendly and happy to share details about the different menu options. We've ordered at least half the menu during our few visits. Everything is fresh and healthy!
Great experience. The food was amazing and the staff was super nice. I got to experience some new drinks I never new existed. The empanadas were amazing as was the flan. I am gluten free and there were many dishes that I was able to eat as well as they worked with me to make sure I was getting the best dishes for me. Definitely worth a visit.
