The owner was extremely attentive and provided excellent service. We had the pasta carbonara and gargonzola sauce filet mignon and both were so delicious. This made for a very memorable anniversary dinner experience!!

Amazing place! Great wine selection, food and staff were awesome. I had the Ravioli tutta carne and it was so good! Will definitely back to try more of their menu, everything sounded great.

I ordered the carbonara, but unfortunately it didn’t taste or look like a proper carbonara. Instead of the creamy texture from eggs and cheese, it was watery and bland, more like a hollandaise sauce. No flavor, no creaminess. I voted no.

We ate at Acqua Alta because of a suggestion from friends. The food and service was fantastic. We went a little overboard by ordering drinks, appetizers, dinner, dessert and coffee. All of it was tremendous. The tiramisu was so good. We will definitely return.

AUTHENTIC Italian. Never frozen like the other place. The owner who was born in Italy is back in the kitchen cooking from scratch every day!

Great food, excellent service. Atmosphere is quite noisy. It has tile floors and when it’s full, it’s hard to hear. But the food is so good it’s worth it!

5 star review… As a local business owner and Chiropractic Physician in Tampa, I truly appreciate when a restaurant goes above and beyond and Acqua Alta Ristorante does just that! Since my office is near Safety Harbor, it’s a perfect spot for a great meal after work or on the weekends. The food is authentic and absolutely delicious, the ambiance is charming, and the service is warm and attentive. I was especially excited they had the table-side cheese wheel with homemade pasta, such a fun and flavorful experience! Whether you’re looking for a cozy dinner or a special night out, this place is a gem. Highly recommend!

Can’t say enough good things about the wine, food and vibes. I have celiac and the gluten free options were extensive and delicious, had the first tiramisu of my life. Pizza and pasta were both phenomenal! Service was quick and knowledgable and all the ingredients were so fresh.

This place is a hidden gem! Fantastic authentic Italian food at incredible prices with great service!!
