Very nasty. The place was filthy. Floors needed to be cleaned. The tables weren’t wiped down and some chairs were dirty.
If you needed help you have to ring the bell. The 2 young people (young boy & girl) kept running to the back. Each customer that came in would necessities in then the 2 employees went in the back. They needed to be cleaning or present for when customers walk in the doors.
Good cold sweets, nice to take a trip and take a nice ride to check out Rita, even though I actually make my own flavored Italian ice, for when I'm working on a car in the sun.

I was introduced to Rita's Italian Ice by the man I am dating, a true Italian, by the name of Benvenuto Cellini... We had mango Italian ice with vanilla ice cream which is now my fave! It is a refreshing, cooling off treat.
I wish there was one closer to Hudson.
I love the Mango Gelati at Rita’s. I have never visited this location before and it was such a great experience! Great customer service and you get to see them scoop up the Italian ice which I’ve never seen before. 100/10

The employees are very nice and patient, the shakes are awesome, and don't even get me started on the Italian ice and soft-serve. I go out of my way to go here.

Fav treat to unwind on a busy day. Hot weather or cool, it's about being present. Highest quality and always fun flavors. My fave a gelati, hers a standard Italian ice. Buts it's about getting oot of traffic, out of the car, sitting down and unwinding or unpacking ... or just connecting.
