We went out for Date Night found Rusty's Bistro on Open Table. Directions were spot on and the reception was warm. The restaurant had lots of table availability but we had reservations. Brian was our server and he had charm and full knowledge about the area, and his attitude was very friendly. Our drinks 🥤 had good balance of taste and alcohol that made us happy. Everything was fine, except we wanted a particular server Minerva that we thought was working. But the server we got, Carlos was fine. Except we did have to ask for menus. It wasn't busy, but we had to wait a while to get our checks and we were in a hurry. The food was excellent, as usual.
Restaurant is situated as the Sheraton Sand Key (Marriott family of hotels) and was convenient while attending conference there. Write-up was good for the restaurant / chef and apparently it is off-season so the restaurant was slow and quiet. Seating request was noted upon arrival and honored.
