First and last time I’ll eat here. Nothing special and my rice was undercooked. Customer service was poor. $15 for rice and shrimp was no worth it.

Little Mexican girl with black hair is so disgustingly rude, told my little sister that my card doesn’t work & didn’t want to give her back MY debit card. When I came over to see what the issue was & had her run my card it worked perfectly fine. Why would you be rude to a 14 year old. Food was bad, Mexican guy cooking had poor attitude along with the on register. Horrible service & bad food? That’s crazy.

I’ve been going to this location for like 20 years. The chicken teriyaki is always great but the last six months or so the portions have gone absolutely ridiculous. They’ve gotten extremely stingy on their chicken portion!! So I decided to start ordering double meat and the double meat is exactly the way the regular used to be. It’s not right

I never had worse Japanese food in my life. The noodles were the most overcooked I’ve ever seen sloppy with too much teriyaki sauce. They didn’t give me dressing for my salad the shrimp were those rubbery tiny cheap tasting frozen ones and the dumplings were stale. I ordered Uber eats. It shouldn’t be bad just from Delivery. I think it’s the restaurant itself they don’t care. 30$ down the drain didn’t eat the food. Threw the entire huge dinner in the garbage.

They were very rude. I was given barely any vegetables. When I asked them why they gave so few vegetables they were rude and got loud and angry. Very unprofessional. I spent nearly $20 for one plate and was treated like this. I will not be eating here again. I’d rather go anywhere else

So tired of online orders getting messed up!!!! Two orders with 4 meals and all of them were wrong! One set transposed the white vs fried rice the other order transposed the chicken s shrimp. I order for the office, so it is affecting my coworkers lunch request! How rude!!!!!

We have eaten here at the mall and gotten carry out. Always delicious and not as greasy as some other places. Service was slow when we ate at the mall, but food is consistently good!
