Pedro was our waiter and he was so kind, attentive and made our anniversary dinner so special! We love this hotel and restaurant and will be coming back each anniversary and requesting Pedro!

We took a couple with us the day after Thanksgiving. We regularly dine at Caretta in their other Sandpearl OPAL Collection resort just up the beach and tried Drift in OPAL Sol attached. Seaguini checks all the boxes for a true fine dining experience. Charles served our party of 5 at a window table and it was flawlessly executed. We split the large portions of brussel sprouts and calamari, before enjoying their two house made pasta dishes; penne alla vodka, rigatoni bolognese, plus short rib, and filet. Charles timed the cocktails, apps and entrees perfectly, he made us feel special. Blueberry, cookie & cream cheesecakes and my favorite key lime pie could not have tasted better. We dine here once a year on vacation and would visit more often if we lived closer. The decor and bubbles aquarium framing the room set the tone for this really nice restaurant on the beach.

We visited Opal Sands Resort restaurant today (Nov 12th) for diner. Excellent food and and very nice a friendly service. Pedro was our waiter. He made our diner very enjoyable. We highly recommend this place.

We were visiting from California and dined multiple times at this restaurant. Excellent restaurant, great food, exceptional service. Halle was amazing offering great service. Will definitely recommend, for our family in the area this is the best place to eat. Thank you!!

We started with lunch at the Sandbar and finished our evening at Sea Guini all because of our amazing server, Francisco. We were a group of 8 (4 adults and 4 kids) and he treated us like family from the moment we sat down. Friendly and personable, Francisco truly went above and beyond to make our dining experience one to remember. We joked about the Bacardi Bucket at lunch and he made sure not to let us (me) forget about it at dinner. Now my kids are in on the joke which leads to us going back at least one more time during our trip. Food was also fantastic! Thanks Francisco and the entire staff at Opal Sands!

From the get-go Briana was a rock star. Her pleasant smile and willingness to help was a great way to start our special night with my Beautiful Wife. She sat us a very nice table with a great view of the Gulf of America. It took less than 45 seconds to be greeted by our Waiter Francisco. Right off the bat, I could tell he was a professional Waiter by his own presentation at the table, not slouched, not leaning. He stood tall and confidently. It’s a team effort at Sea-Guini so our meals were brought in by a food runner..they were polite and did not toss the plate on the table but presented it beautifully. Even the Manager was getting tables ready to serve more Customers. The food quality was excellent, and the atmosphere was quite enjoyable. I highly recommend this restaurant whether you are staying st this excellent resort or not. Families are welcome, dress is casual . Sun dresses for women, fishing shirts and Jeans for men. Flip flops or bathing suits…probably not for dinner. Show the respect that this place shows you. Even the pricing is what you’d expect..we have added this place to our favorites list. We will definitely return.

Excellent food, drinks, and even more exceptional service from Christian. Super attentive and sweet, she really made our birthday celebration night and ensured we had a great return! The only downfall of our returned experience was the high top table with high chairs that just didn’t make for the most comfortable eating experience compared to the regular sized chairs in the dining room.

Our waitress Christian was absolutely amazing, made sure we got exactly what we wanted with sincerity and ease. We told the manager how great she was and wanted to recognize her at a team meeting, and he agreed to get her a house dinner
Dinner was delicious and our server Juusv was exceptional. She recommended some great entrees along with dessert. She mentioned she was new but her attention to detail was first class. Cocktails were on point and at our table in record time. The water views and atmosphere were spectacular. Best service in the area. Highly recommend.

A few days ago I celebrated my girlfriend’s 30th birthday, the hostess and the manager Rich were so kind when I had called to order a bottle of wine for the table and some rose petals to have upon arrival. They really did a wonderful job on executing everything for us. The only thing I would say is that the food did not really impress us. Some of the items we ordered weren’t really hot, and also lacked flavor. Other than that the ambiance was splendid and Rich came back to check on us to make sure we were doing alright.

I had breakfast at SeaGuini and it was absolutely delightful. The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The highlight of my visit was the excellent service from our server, George. He was very attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. The restaurant also has a lovely atmosphere with a beautiful view, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for a relaxing and tasty breakfast!
