We went for our honeymoon and had the best, most luxurious time!! One of our favorite parts was eating at Sea Guini each day. Pedro was our waiter and he was so kind, attentive and made our anniversary dinner so special! We love this hotel and restaurant and will be coming back each anniversary and requesting Pedro!
We took a couple with us the day after Thanksgiving. We regularly dine at Caretta in their other Sandpearl OPAL Collection resort just up the beach and tried Drift in OPAL Sol attached. Seaguini checks all the boxes for a true fine dining experience. Charles served our party of 5 at a window table and it was flawlessly executed. We visited Opal Sands Resort restaurant today (Nov 12th) for diner. Excellent food and and very nice a friendly service. Pedro was our waiter. He made our diner very enjoyable. We highly recommend this place.
