This is my favorite place to go for a meal. Monday, I went for breakfast and asked for ketchup. I was given 4 individual packets. I really don’t want to go to a restaurant and have to open packets of ketchup. They have always has bottles before, just think that is strange.
This place is the best. Tucked away behund a deli. I though we were in the wrong place. Everything was delicious. The Burger was huge. The Shrimp Po Boy was enough for 2. Even the kids burger was hand made. We ate at 5 other restaurants that were highly rated and one was awful. Very relaxing with a great view. The waiter ( older man) was very helpful and nice. We found this place on our last night there and only cause we were walking near our hotel.
We had brunch here. It wasn't a plan to visit Shorty's place, but the experience was amazing, wonderful hosts, and a very delicious mama's favorite omelet.
The lady told us they have been in business for the last seventeen years.
