Smoke & Barrel

Looked at menu online, was excited to go for a steak and to try the brisket. But when we got there it was just a limited menu without either of these items. Settled for drinks and appetizers, which were ok.

Not much of a choice of barbeque sauce. House sauce and spicy. That's it.I wouldn't go back. Sorry

Steak was good, lobster tail was rubbery and smaller than I expected. Waiter was nice but did not come back to see if we needed anything else like another drink.he stayed in kitchen. I Had to go over to bar for a glass of water.

No, one answered a phone or just hang up on you. Found out it was a private party once we got there wasted an hour. They could have posted on Facebook or on there web site or at least had a answering machine saying they were closed. So much for customer service. They were packed so they must have good food. Just don't care how they represent themselves.

We really enjoyed our visit here. We visited on a very slow night. Only 3 other tables were occupied. The service was fast we had a nice server. I enjoyed the look of the restaurant. Food was very good. I got the pulled pork and chicken.

The food and service was good, but the wait time from ordering to receiving our food was extensive especially since they weren’t busy. The waiter was very apologetic for the delay.

Food was good, nothing crazy or over the top. Alyssa was our server, she made up for anything lacking in food.....work ethic was fantastic she was on topOf anything and everything. Treated our 5 and 6 year olds like they were her family. Couldn’t say anything better than that!

The food was mediocre at best. My wife and I ate here while on vacation and we noticed this old guy standing around staring at my wife. We both concluded that he must have been the manager. Very odd. After dinner, we went next door to the bar to have a drink. Well, the creepy old guy followed us and continued to stare at my wife. I guess I will be calling their corporate office to complain about how uncomfortable this guy made us. We visited a lot of restaurants while on this vacation and this was the worst! We do Not recommend.

Came here on Christmas 2020. Asked for Sangria, got a pitcher of white wine with limes oranges and a cherry. Ordered fried pickles, mac n cheese and brussel sprouts. All were disgusting. Mac n cheese is frozen it was pretty much soup like the other reviews say. Pickles were 100% old and had our waitress take off our bill, as we could not even eat more than one. Brussel sprouts were clearly frozen as they had no seasoning and were soggy. Just extremely disappointing as the place was cute and great location. Brittany was lovely though

I wish I could give 0 stars. The food was terrible and the service was slow. But that wasn’t even the worst thing. When the manager talked to me, he put his hand and my back and started rubbing my back and shoulders. It was in a very uncomfortable and inappropriate manner. I should have read the other reviews here before we went. I definitely will not be back and do not recommend this place.

This was our first visit and we enjoyed it! There was only one server so the manager, Jamie actually served us. My husband had the ribeye and he loved it! They put a nice compound butter on at the end (butter makes everything better!) and it was delish!! I had the French dip with Brussel sprouts and that was very nice as well. Although we didn't specifically have anything BBQ, I went ahead and tried all the sauces for science and they're all good!! Pleasant experience, will return! Thanks again Jamie!! :)

Had a great outdoor seat to enjoy a smoky pulled pork sandwich with cowboy beans! Yummy! Great menu and a really relaxed setting. Would definitely eat here again.

Absolutely terrible. As locals, we have tried several times. The food is so inconsistent. The first time, the “smoked” chicken.was clearly just cooked in an oven with zero taste. This last time, the chef has no idea what the menu is - items ordered had ingredients not included on n the menu and vice versa. Plus, it and the Brown Boxer, same owners, do not require their staff to wear masks. No matter your party affiliation, this is putting patrons and their staff at risk. They are the only indoor places on the beach we have found that do not follow this simple safety practice. Incredibly disappointing.

Our family had a plate of barbecue wings and none had any barbecue flavor. The food was homestyle, oven roasted, no barbecue smoky taste on anything. Green beans for terrible, baked beans were terrible too. Server was terrible. Manager was kind. Nice environment, but that is it. I have never made a TripAdvisor post before but found it necessary with this horrible restaurant.
