They were out of a few of their most popular items (ribs), but the waitress told us about it up front. I had the jerk wings. I asked for well done and that's how they came. Very delicious.

Started out with NO Smokey Bones signature ribs @ 5pm on a Sunday?
Place was clean but very cold , so cold out food didn’t stay hot for long and when we asked about the heat they said there was nothing the could do as our temp was in the low 40’s and everyone was their jackets besides us .
Server not to out going or knowledgeable about the food . I really want Smokey bones to stick around but since they closed some locations and filed for chapter 11 things are noticeably downhill .
they had good items in the past like the beef rib & tater tot Martini 😋
To be honest not sure if we will come back as this location is further than the one they closed in Tampa . 😢👎

We made a reservation for 6 people. Table was not ready when we arrived. Once seated, we advised the hostess after 15 minutes that we had not seen a server. After 25 minutes, we left, passing the people who had been seated just before us - they were half way through their meal! We had previously enjoyed the restaurant, so this was really disappointing.

We had a large group and were a little worried about how things would go, but Brittany absolutely crushed it! From the moment we walked in, her energy and professionalism set the tone for an amazing experience. She was attentive without being intrusive, kept drinks full, and handled every special request with a smile. Honestly, it felt like we had a personal concierge for the night. The food? Phenomenal. Every plate came out hot, fresh, and packed with flavor. The ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender, the wings were perfectly crispy, and the sides were just as impressive. You could tell the kitchen takes pride in what they serve. What really stood out was how Brittany managed our big group effortlessly—orders were spot-on, timing was perfect, and she made everyone feel welcome. That’s rare and deserves recognition. If you’re looking for a place with amazing food and top-tier service, Smokey Bones is it. And if you’re lucky enough to have Brittany as your server, you’re in for a five-star experience!

Being from the Midwest and down here on vacation, I didn't know what to expect on wait times for restaurants. I was pleasantly surprised that we were seated right away. The wait staff was friendly and helpful on menu questions. The food was amazing! The drinks were very reasonably priced. Did I mention how good the food was? I will eat here again for in January when I visit again.
