Got the pulled pork sammich and coleslaw. It was good food and a good atmosphere! The coleslaw had a little too much vinegar and tasted like garlic a little too much but was still good, just a little overwhelming.

Burger was okay, but the BBQ was great!! Girly got BBQ chicken and it was delicious.Dietary restrictions: Gluten friendly bbq and mashed potatoes (no gravy). Lots of other GF sides too! :)

The food was pretty good, with a leftover box that I'm snacking on as I type this. The dining room was not crowded at all. There were many empty seats in our section.Our problems started when we were seated. The waitress was very upbeat and positive. However that's where her talents end. We had to get up and go get another staff member to get silverware. Also had to flag down someone else for refills on the drinks.The wait on the food was a little long, and there were a few other things we could overlook... We finished our meal and was ready to go. She never brought us a check. We were literally left there for 20 or 30 minutes without a check AFTER SHE BROUGHT US THE TO-GO BOXES. The family was already standing so I went over to the waitress stand and stood patiently so to let her know we were ready (if she didn't notice by us standing in the dining room. Even then, our late departure had to be brought to her attention by another staff member.So we finally get the check. Of course, how we generally reward (or not) good or bad service from a waitress, the option was removed! Their checkout terminal defaults to a 25% tip, but doesn't give any options below 20%. So after being extorted for the minimum 20%, we all decided that while the food was spot-on, we would not return to any of this restaurant chain.Too many of these incidents are happening all over, where a young waitress EXPECTS to be tipped, no matter what kind of service they provide, and the companies encourage it! I guess I was raised differently.
