Stopped in for dinner on the way to our hotel after a long flight for some mahi tacos and Pacifico. Seated right away, food came out super fast and was delicious! Friendly staff and enjoyable atmosphere. All around great experience!

The guacamole was very plain no flavor and looked like it was scooped out of a container. I would not re-order the tacos - beef and pork - also lacked flavor, needed some spice, and hot salsa was actually sweet. It shouldn't be that hard to make tacos and guacamole. On the plus side - they tried to make it right with me and asked for feedback to provide the chef

I was quite excited to try this place out but unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. Firstly, the restaurant wasn’t busy at all, but service was slow. We were planning to initially order dessert but decided not to do so due to the excessive wait time from our waitress. The food was also quite bland with not much seasoning at all. (Seems like a common theme throughout reading reviews). It would have also been nice to see the shrimp charred slightly, instead of very soft. (It simply didn’t taste fresh.) Lastly, everything is extra, chips, rice and beans, etc. Overall, I would not recommend this place. I see a lot of potential if things were fixed up a bit.

Great lunch with a varied menu. The tacos were delicious so were the Blood Orange Margaritas! But the best part was Angel our server who did a tremendous job! Friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu! Would definitely eat and or drink here again! Ask for Angel!

Please don't waste your money here. Move on! Worst Margs I've ever had and $35 a pitcher (small pitcher). Only thing worse was the service. Practically anywhere would be better than this place. Seriously, don't go.

We flew in from Texas today for a gymnastics competition in Orlando, but decided to drive to Clearwater to eat here at Spotted Donkey and be more than excited we did. Our food was amazing and our waiter Shelly was very polite and very helpful with our drink selection.
