This location was in Morton Plant hospital. I left the emergency room while the staff was taking my husband for a CT scan and went searching desperately for some tea. I heard the cafeteria was a complicated trek so I saw this Starbucks and asked for a Chai Latte. When I got back to the emerg
ency room. I noticed I had a bitter, unsweetened tea with no trace of milk. Something comforting in a scary place should be a priority for this location.

Staff is friendly, but consistently drinks are incorrect. I order drinks as they are on the menu and they still are not right. Friend paid for extra shots and add ins and they were not in the drink. Been given incorrect sizes and they’ll fix the size but then the drink is poorly made. I hate leaving low reviews but how is the quality going to otherwise improve.
There’s been a few times I’ll add extra shots and the drink is purely milk. And I’ve been ensured that it’s made correctly but there’s no flavor or color. Love the staff, just want the quality of drink that is being paid for.
Updated to 1 star. Unfortunate. Understand being busy and hate feeling like a pest, but shouldn’t be treated like one for asking politely for something to be amended.

Very unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Also even though this place function and looks exactly like a Starbucks they don’t accept Starbucks coupons?? Terrible experience

Ok I have never been I a Starbuck where they don't ask for a name on the order and place your order in a pool of cups and food for the customers to sort through and figure out. The only one whe said anything loud enough to hear was the man prepping the food nobody else seem remotely concerned about the gaggle attention end of their counter

Worst customer experience ever. I say thank you and I get nothing on return. They act like it's such a hassle to make any beverage that involves more than turning a handle. No one here is happy; I've been coming here for months and haven't seen one smile. I was even rung up before without a single word said to me. They need an entire new staff with new attitudes. I would give so much more business if it wasn't such a depressing atmosphere. And my order is never consistent on top of everything.

Worst bacon sausage egg wrap I ever had. 5 small pieces of sausage doesn't really cut it if there's only 1 slice of bacon. Very empty wrap, who even makes these things? Never again.

Being a hospital employee I frequent this location often, until recently. I get the same drink every time which is not a complicated drink. When my drink comes up wrong I let the ladies know and they immediately catch an attitude as if I was the one who messed up the drink. Recently I ordered and was waiting in the lobby, I could hear the barista Azmia complaining about making my drink. I heard her loud as day say “she needs to order something different cause I don’t like making this drink” with a really bad attitude and then slammed my drink on the counter. You can’t work at a coffee shop and complain about making drinks. The ladies always have bad attitudes and always get upset with you if you mention your order is wrong. I will no longer be visiting this location.
